Love the bunny outfit!! I'm with you - love the hat the most!! I hate dealing with service people when they don't show up at the appointed time - they make you set your whole day aside for them, and then don't show up - rubbish!! I have had this happen to me, and they always have some kind of excuse, and I'm never very happy when I have to speak with them - lol!! Take care! xxx
