- Hey all. These are my best dexterity builds in 2024! Elden Ring is an awesome game, and dexterity builds are reliable and fun. I can't wait to take on Shadow of the Erdtree with some of these builds! I'm also doing a reorganizing of my channel soon, making it easier to find the best builds for you!

Start ER around Feb with INT build as my first character and your Ice Spear build carried my first 100 hrs. so hard and Yes! Sword Spear cause more frost build up and better move set than Harpoon especially for low level character with low FP pool and blue Flask.
I recommend your Ch. and Ice spear build to my friend who is returning ER player after DLC announce.

Love all your videos! Any chance you could do a build for the warped axe? The AR is strong and the status effect buildup is really high. Seems like it could work well with a lot of builds and I'd love to see someone who knows what they're doing optimize it.

I like Keen Nagakiba with Double Slash or Spinning Slash and Bolt of Gransax as range option. I also like the Guardian Spear with the native AoW or Giants Hunt. Will give Ice Spear a go, looks interesting. Also, not really Dex weapon but I like the Blasphemous Blade. The AR isn't the best for Dex builds, but the move set, the healing, the charge attack poise dmg, and Taker's Flame is a really fun combination for PVE and pretty decent for most bosses.

How do you put keen affinity on your swordspear while using ice spear ? I only have the cold affinity or standard option.

What a long way Dex has come. Currently playing Dark Souls Remastered and using Great Scythe +15 with Gold-Hemmed Black Set for the Grim Reaper look. Is Elden Ring's Grave Scythe good as well?

I've been messing around with blood and different weapons... and I must say. Dual weilding godskin switchers, or omen curved swords... they DESTROY... some things bleed in one hit... the troll outside of the secluded cell bled CONSISTENTLY, with 3 hits

I currently am using this in ng6 with a keen stitcher and a blood stitcher with blood flame and I can kill most bosses in 3 to 6 hits "until it's godfrey .-.
Does spellblade set buff ice spear in general or does it have to be magic affinity? I run GSS keen with ice spear. Will spell blade buff this? Does it require the whole armor set or just a certain piece? Thanks!
It’s 2% per piece on all magic damaging ashes of war. So it’ll boost ice spear on any affinity.

I am going through your stuff, and I don’t recall if you’ve ever done a dual dismounter build. Been trying to get a good build going for those, but I haven’t found anything that clicks.

I have to question, why didn’t you give thunderbolt a spotlight. It’s as fast as ice spear but also doesn’t require you to face the target making it easier to run and shoot.
It made it in my top fun builds last weekend. It’s good, prob TOP 10 not top 8. Close though for sure 👍
Hello thanks for the amazing guides and builds, I want to ask regarding bolt of gransax build. Don't you need 20 str to activate the weapon. How do you managed to use it with only 16str? Thank you in advance.
2-handed you only need .66 of the strength stat with the 1.5x bonus. So if you need 21, 2-handed you’d need 14. And thanks! 🙏

I just got to NG+ but I’m stuck with the Prisoner starting stats (before I learned you can’t lower base stats after beating the game with STR and INT lol) so I have to stick with INT and DEX.
Looks like INT DEX builds aren’t as big as they used to be though…
Moonveil is still a solid option. 🤘
3:36 Only 30 poise damage on halberds, 33 on greatswords/heavy thrusting swords and 36 on colossal swords, same 600% multiplier as Lion's Claw or other hard hitting skills.
Thanks I figured it was between 30-40. Still, on NG+7 poise breaking is crazy difficult.
Got a question bro. Im still new to the game. Can you explain how to use Seppuku on Bandit curse swords. I saw it somewhere, where they stab with one, and somehow swap and both appear to have it on without stabbing twice. Im on xbox also. Great video. 👍
Thanks! And you need to 2 hand the off hand one first then go back to powerstancing for the second. Should be Y + LB then Y + RB to go back. 🤘
Random maybe dumb question, for the DLC if im on NG+6 or 7 will it scale to that worlds difficulty when touching his hand?
DLC will scale to your current journey most likely.
if you were merging a lightning build with bolt of gransax and then using a keen nagakiba for close range would it be better to use bloodflame buff or electrify armament/vykes dragon bolt
Prob best in lightning affinity so it all scales with dexterity. Bloodflame blade is good added bleed, electrify armament scales with faith only.

I like dual lightning Longhaft Axes (credits to JeeNiNe for this one) with sword dance on main hand for closing distance and lightning slash/sacred order/braggarts roar buff on offhand.

Yep just use it in the off hand. They combo well together.

have you tested the dps difference between the bandit swords and the scavengers with the lightning jump build, since scavengers canproc bleed? also i think youll see significantly higher dps if you take 10 lvls out of vig and put them to faith, then use thorny cracked tear in flask
could potentially see it worth having a set of each, since not all bosses are able to be bled
Bandits have higher DPS even with the scavengers’ innate bleed (I’ve tested both the bandits have great AR vs 1-2 max bleed procs). Also you can do that, I go for 60 vigor & 51 poise for most of my builds for reliability. 🤘

Spellblade set buffs all types of damage of ice spear or only the magic portion of it?
All magic portions (it even buffs the Royal Greatsword slightly). 🤘

@@TheKingofRedLightning that is interesting, usually projectiles scale with a single stat and that usually not dexterity or strenght
This way you can use the dexterity scaling of the weapon (very high) to influece a magic type damage easily buffable with crystal tear and scorpion charm. Add the status effect and it very well may be the best dex build. Good job
@@alessandrofattori6548 yeah Ice Spear is just weird lol it factors INT, Dex & AR. Try a clayman’s harpoon with 60 INT Vs. a Swordspear in Keen with 60 Dex, the latter will do more damage. I didn’t realize it until I tested it, and even checked fextra wiki, which also mentions it scales with Dexterity. And thanks! 🤘

Margit’s shackle or Mohg’s shackle. They’re items. One is from patches the other beneath the capital.
What can you replace the magic scorpion charm with on the ice spear build?
Anything for defense really, but since it’s pure magic damage the charm is a nice boost.
I can't use the spinning weapon ash of war with the bloodflame on the nagakiba. Any tips ?
Put the ash in keen affinity. Then use bloodflame blade, then spinning weapon. It only works with BFB in keen/heavy/quality/standard. 🤘

When you are using the Guardian Swordspear it requires 17 Str, but for stats you have 16 in Str. Where do you get the missing point of Str?
1.5x bonus for strength when 2 handing. 🤘
How does matchmaking work with ng+ ? Do you got matched with only ng+ Players no matter which ng you are ?
Nope, only weapon level and your RL matters. NG+ has no factor in PvP.

I noticed that some of the builds do not meet the weapons' Strength requirements to one hand, I might avoid doing that because most players especially the new ones will more likely use the Mimic Tear as their summon. Mimic Tear tends to use their weapon one-handed most of the time and since it copies your build their damage will be completely negligible because they don't meet the weapons' Strength requirements.
@@henta.i.3838 yeah that’s true, I do 2-hand most weapons. Mimic is good, there’s other good summons like Tiche though too.
@@TheKingofRedLightning That's true, however Tiche requires 132 FP meaning you will have to have at least 23 Mind and a full FP bar to summon her. That's quite an investment in Mind especially for melee builds, this would also mean they would need at least two FP flasks to use for buffs and summon. This is why Mimic Tear is ideal for melee builds since it uses HP to be summoned.
@@henta.i.3838 true, there’s also the knights too that are less FP. Both are quite good. But again I don’t use summons much, maybe I’ll do a video on them in the future 👍

About 80 is. After that it’s a very small increase from 81-99.
For the double slash build what should I upgrade past 150
Dexterity to 80. Mind to 25. Endurance to 30. Some STR wouldn’t be bad either.

What are the base stats for the nagakiba build?
Video tomorrow should help with that build more, but I was the Hero class for this whole video. You need 22 Dex & 12 strength to 2 hand. By RL 150 you’ll want 70 Dex in keen affinity. 60 vigor, 25-30 endurance & 20 mind. 25 faith (base 15) for buffs. Hope that helps 🤘

How come the sword has 18 strength requirement but you can still use it with 16?
Strength gets a 1.5x 2-handed bonus. So if you need 21, you’d only need 14 2-handed.
How do we obtain Varre's mask? Do you have to kill him?
It’s actually not dropped by him. It’s dropped by an NPC Invader in the blood lake in Mohgwyn’s Palace.

Bolt of Gransax & Giant Hunt aren’t lol but yeah some Dex builds are best with BFB.

It was probably a buff, golden vow. I use that then flame Grant me strength or howl of Shabriri. 🤘
why use the faith tear? just no other good tears available?
Base faith is usually 15-23. It’s for buffs like Golden Vow, Howl of Shabriri & Flame Grant Me Strength. You can increase your damage by 35% or more with those. 🤘

Not by any significant amount lol the bleed is a flat 40.

I feel like Ice spears dmg is much lower than the other build
It was against Placidusax lol he has 1300 frost resist & 40% magic resistance and on NG+7 38k HP. Ice Spear does 1800-2200 to almost every other boss.

For the jump attack build? To add lightning on each weapon. It adds around 80 or so more damage with lightning slash.

No dude, phantom slice with any spear is the bedt ashes of war period...and frost is only good for magic builds ie frost is magic not arcane etc...
Phantom slash is better on strength & bleed builds. It’s also just good, not really great on NG+ and beyond. Ice Spear has Dex & INT scaling (you can test even check fextra or any wiki to confirm), making it a great option for versatility as a Dex build.
