Having been to Boracay way before it became a tourist attraction and way before the big and small hotels were built, I believe the Boracay of now is far from the raw beauty is USED to be. When I went back mid 90’s, I thought that the town and areas around the beautiful beach had actually turned awful. The Philippines has far more beautiful places that are not so known to tourists. These places are the beautiful places you can visit.

That sea weeds you can see floating is the main reason why Boracay has a white silky sand. Because once those sea weeds were dried up, it became a white dust. That’s why they didn’t remove it from the water.
