The more time you spend in thought. In real thought, the more elevated the possibilities of your understanding and logical linkages become. I'm sure many here that, like me, have had issues w depression ended up experiencing the mirror effect upon starting upon your spiritual journey. So much of what I heard listening to Alan Watts and others would lead to ideas that felt "mine" but that is limited view. My entire life left me to this spiritual awakening and my final defeat of the critical voice, that voice born from the negativity of youth. I am grateful and thankful to be given the chance to truly take back those things taught to not belong to us.

I know we have free will, because by experiencing Deja vu, I was able to change my decision a few times.
I litterally remembered that last time I have made the wrong choice, so this time I have changed it and it was the right choice.
So there is deffinitely free will if you are conscious enough.

In meditation, I decided to do a backflip.
Like I have jumped into myself, doing a backflip.
This is the only way I can explane it.
But what happened, I have experienced true Chaos.
It was very loud and violent.
Many deffening sounds and zigzagging energies were all around me.
I could hold it for about 5 seconds.
And then I jumped out of it and it stopped.
I dont care to repeat that experience.

More knowledge equals more awareness. More awareness brings more free will. More free will leads to transcendence

I got tested yesterday multiple times in ways that would have ruined everything for me and I learned so much. I took the path of least resistance and let it flow. Not only did I get the best outcomes, but people behaved in ways they typically don't in those situations. My calm energy in those situations seems to set the mood for everyone around me. Because I was comfortable and totally in control of my emotions, no one else freaked out. I felt that fear and anxiety creep up. I acknowledged what it was and chose to let it go. Stayed calm and had a great day!
Align free will with Divine Will and serve the highest good of all.
But if Divine Will insists upon itself, that infringes on my free will, does it not? Who the hell is Divine to dictate my will ?

Mind blown once again! This information is HUGE! I've been super stuck in my predetermined limits and I'm 36 now. I moved from a dogmatic religious way of thinking to a non-defined spiritual path in 2017 and I've been gaining more and more knowledge from finding different teachers like yourself. And that's been giving me more peace than ever before, but I think I need to apply what I've been learning more so that I gain more discernment from feedback? Thank you Sarah, amazing insights in this video! In our subjective 3D reality, the trajectory of our lives seems predetermined by our history, same goes with particles in quantum mechanics. One way to change a trajectory, and also the history of an object, is by observing it. What's most interesting in this fact, is that the state of the Observer determines the object's new trajectory/history.
So to free our will, we'll have to ascend to the observer seat, seeing life happening through us rather than to us. And by raising our vibration we can aim to the future we want to manifest.
I think what Socrates meant with "The unexamined life is not worth living", is that an unexamined life is predetermined and predictable. Only a life driven by a freed will is worth living.

I think you make some very valid points..Simply by observing the world exactly for what it is, we can have access to more freewill.
I'd truly like to believe in free will in my deepest being. In fact, to get on in life without going crazy, I "choose" to believe in it. But...
Do you see what I did there? I gave a *reason* for my "choice". If there are reasons *determining* our "choices", is it really a choice? This is where my mind goes, and I've never heard an explanation that convinces my mind that free will is real.
All the most conscious people, all spiritual traditions (whether esoteric and comtemplative *or* fundamentalist and literallistic), etc. emphasize the reality of free will, but my mind just won't grasp it. Even in this video, the statement is that consciousness opens greater discernment, which creates more options from which to "choose". That's easy to grasp.
Having more options though, and making "better choises" than before, is not the same thing, to me, as free will. My consciousness expands... I now understand, from this new perspective, why my "choices" were so "poor" in the past. (In fact, I've just manifested a huge lesson in this.) This then becomes my *reason* for "choosing better". It's a paradox.
My spirit intuitively believes in free will, but my mind says everything is determined. The Alchemist gave something to contemplate further... jumping timelines and feedback loops. I'm gonna sit with that for awhile.
For now, I've simply "decided" that I must act, in *faith* as though free will is real. Otherwise, what's the point of life? In other words, I'm gonna fake it til I make it (fake a belief in true will until my consciousness actualizes it).
Yes people have reasons to act but you have the free will to choose the rational.
You and 5 people can have the same experience and have 5 different out looks on it. Thus potentially open different doors. It takes some work but you can train your subconscious to see differently.
That is a part of your free will.

When I woke up last July, among many phenomena was a sense that I had graduated/hit the cosmic lottery in a bigly way. With that came responsibility. I had been given a gift so profound that the suffering in my life seemed like a fair price to pay. So based on another of your recent videos, I felt a great sense of comfort when you relayed that “once the baton is passed to higher power/self, you aren’t getting it back. I didn’t understand why there was so much interest in whether or not we had free will. Now I understand. Thank you, Sarah. My ego knows full well it is no longer running the show, and there have been times since July that were sad. I don’t know if embodiment slows down after awhile, I guess it has started to cycle.
Also, my higher power was communicating with me a few weeks back about “can you notice the ‘catch’?” This is the gap in time you discussed. This sounds like superposition. Wondering if any others have experience with this gap? This is all so fantastically weird.

Sarah I came across a video from a Christian about the spirit of the Antichrist. It made me sad scared and frustrated bc people still believe so heavily in religious dogma and it triggered my religious trauma, bc there’s always that little part of me that wonders if I’m being “deceived” or whatnot.
Well I turned off the video and I asked my chosen Ascended Master Yeshua and my Spirit Team to help me, to calm me, to reassure me I Am on the right path and everything is okay. Moments later you popped into my head to listen to. It took a minute for me to realize they were answering my call for help.

This is great for raising my kids like how to embrace childhood chaos or having fun with kids yet establishing boundries. The boundries aren't forced in one moment they are set up in advance. This also explains why the Mom seems to need more and the more out of control she feels to get back to balance or security. I am basically in a pattern change in or alignment or in an attunement process with my parenting. It really is like having a pack of pups chewing on eachothers ears... if they are awake there is no stop or pause button. There litterally ain't no stopping something in motion like life itself there is no pause button you have to develop the pause button within yourself.
In my experiences with quantum leaping, freewill and persona upgrades my dreams are always the first indication. Introspect your dreams as they are the glimpse into higher or lower dimensions. Lucid dreaming is a clear sign of one's consciousness merging with the sub consciousness along with a universal consciousness.

It's interesting when you say that we need the struggle. I am just writing rn to wrap my head around this.
Even though I don't consider us victims of reality, I notice that the powers that were(!)don't want us to access/remember or execute our free will.
Yet it is our struggles that activate our discernment and awareness.
I also think about the polarizing forces of this reality, and that we need to embrace both individuation and togetherness to be at peace.
If we are an island to our selves or if we are enmeshed, neither is nurturing to our free will.
What I missed from the talk was how socialization and internalized expectations very much determine our fates if we don't break free.
In simple terms, free will is just to stop shoulding everything!
Simple, but not easy.
And I also missed how discovering and acting from free will is the core of empowerment.
And that the awareness and discernment we develop is largely through trauma work (and manifestation!)
That's my opinion.
Last point I want to make is about how free will is actually about knowing what you truly want. That's what's missing in your awareness, and powerlessness is choicelessness.
She touched on that, of course.
But yeah, dive deep, find out what you really truly want, and have the guts to go for it, jo matter someone's opinion, and you're free.
Someone telling us for some reason that truth or free will doesn't exist, are trapped in the matrix😅

Hi Sarah, in the past as I was looking at different spiritual beliefs I noticed that they all had their ways of taking away free will and that’s why I left them all alone. All I know is free will is everything to me and I don’t believe it I know that I have it, I can’t say for sure how I ended up here in a way it doesn’t matter, one thing is for sure I will choose for myself what I’ll be doing next. She is so right! I have been getting downloads that say exactly what she's saying. You choose your reality based on even the most minute decisions. Even something as simple as choosing coffee over tea can have two completely different timelines and outcomes. It's usually more themed than that, usually based on emotion and the type of lesson you need. The stronger the emotional reaction, the stronger the timeline, both positive and "negative."
This!! It’s so affirming because I identified with PDA Autism (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and had A LOT of problems making choices and now I realise why. Because choices are important! I knew this intuitively but took it as something wrong with me instead of something to look into spirituality.

Free Will gives you the choice to Become what you Seek. In my case, I was seeking love through choices for a long time and now I am becoming love, but if I didn't make choices along the path I would only be a potential, not the manifestation I am today.
Free Will is like the wind, there is no predicting it, it blows in all directions, but it allows each person to make the choices they choose for each person's unique evolution.
Inside of each one’s destiny..
This is where one can access one’s free will.

I accidentally black pilled myself into a negative feedback loop which had some short term negative consequences where I was lucky to still be alive. Turns out running off no sleep and no food for a week while doing drugs is not a good way to solve my problems.. even if I was homeless and living out of my car I thought that maybe it would be better if I just threw in the towel and go out with a bang. I stopped caring about everything and just kinda gave up as I felt hopless at the time.
Never would have thought that it would be a blessing in disguise (long term) sure I'm still kinda broke but I've been sober 5months and now have medication that helps me stay clean. If I didnt get help somehow I would have still been cut off from my family, so I'm glad I have their support again.
So I guess what I'm saying is that even though it wasn't fun at first maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
So I wouldn't exactly recommend black-pilling yourself to the point of utter chaos I guess I'm living proof that you can create order from chaos. Or perhaps we could call it the short term black pill, long term quantum leap

I recently yielded my free will in a way. After an over twelve year path/ journey to self and wholeness through a hell of alot of healing I made the decision that I earned and deserve to just live in peace. Now that I have found it as well as found my way to being. And Any who felt I had a agreement uphold as a healer may have their opinion, but this is my free well- and I will simply live in this way which will reflect into others- I have officially called my retirement as I AM
The Holy Spirit of our subjectivity of our free will. We need an impulse created from our own subjective meaning. I had to listen over and over. This is life changing for me.

It’s taken years for me to be in actual alignment with this concept. I heard of it, agreed it could be true, but I just didn’t get it. Now I do.
For those who would like to know about the experiment about the stat of knowing before we know ; There was a video of a person hooked up to a machine at some college measuring that stat she gave about the subconscious making the decision just prior to us making it. They measure it by having the subject click a button to acknowledge where a dot appeared on a screen, left or right side, so one button in each hand when a dot is on the left they click the left button and vice versa for right . Consistently the brain lit up the correct side .3 seconds ( I think that is what you said, I did not look it up again) seconds before the image appeared. I remember being blown away by that, but I still didn’t understand the loop of data we energetically traverse yet. But now I can feel it and understand coincidences and synchronization as proof of it… it’s pretty cool.
I still haven’t managed money to manifest but i have healed physical ailments consistently! And I’m happier than ever, though still I cry sometimes,the roller coaster is evening out I would say. Today is a bit of a nervous day, but honestly I think it’s because I’m more happy than usual and it feels like I am on speed mode..like I’ve had too much caffeine when in reality I haven’t drunk my usual giant coffee..I don’t crave it like I typically do. I think it makes sense we struggle with one thing hard, because we all,have that one issue that seems like a mountain, we just need to feel casual about it manifesting like we did the things we casually manifested , which is in fact every second of our reality, Because manifesting a button is the same as a castle as Abraham Hicks says 😂 and it’s true! I do have $$ a bit saved, so little it, lol, but I’m ahead ! And damn it if I can heal my big back problem I had then I can do this too! Hahaha just be casual … dang I feel,like Daffy Duck some days 😂 am I smart or nuts… seems like there is a fine freaking line ! 😂😂😂

so far becoming more conscious and aware did not have gigantic shift in my external reality. I feel that certain causes and actions triggered/set in the past are producing there effects in my daily reality as they have much momentum and inertia .....without speaking about all the historical socio economical and political factors over which I have no control which hugely impact my life

The Free Will Paradox that will make your brain literally hurt 🧠 🤯:
In the third density where humanity resides in avatar form to gain experience, we often debate over free will.
Most people in the spiritual community can agree that the Source occupies third density avatars, in a sense, agreeing that we are all ONE consciousness under the illusion of separation, and we are the on a quest to connect back to this Source, after we have consciously outgrown the confines of this third density experience.
Perhaps, we are all the Source playing out each life experience on a separate timeline, yet simultaneously meshed. As we realize with higher dimensions, these things become possible.
The Source can often become misconstrued as being a separate entity from us; one that we must be drawn to-that we connect with through higher consciousness and higher vibration in meditation or prayer.
However, we must realize that the Source is us, and we are the Source. The only differentiation is, the “Source” in its highest point of consciousness, is not only aware of all people/experiences simultaneously, but has already predicted each separate life experience and each interaction between the avatars to the most minuscule degree, leaving little to no room for deviations. The consciousness occupying the avatar is just following suit to its impulses and environment interactions, as set forth in motion.
The less control one feels, actually indicates a higher level of awakened consciousness, realizing how their avatar just follows one impulse after another, moment-to-moment, as their consciousness appears to follow in sync, and decision-making is just a mere illusion. While maybe we are technically making the decision, we are bound to our environmental pull, which dictates our every move.
If you just follow in sync to triggers and impulses, or behave through an environmental lens, then how is this free will? Every interaction has been predestined, while under the guise of being self-aware.
Yet, if every interaction was carefully orchestrated to bring about higher consciousness to allow the individuated form to awaken at a certain point-to surpass the impulse-reaction cycle, then perhaps at this point someone would become self-aware enough to graduate into free-will. 🤔
Whether, a person’s consciousness is following in sync to their avatar, or their behavior is so manipulated by their environment that their free will is compromised, makes little difference, while being two separate concepts.
Perhaps there is very limited free will, like asking a child if he wants peanut butter and jelly, or soup for dinner, or if he wants to wear a blue shirt or a white shirt to church-something that will likely not trigger the butterfly effect in the grand scheme of things.
And yet, the Source knew every interaction from the beginning to end, like a movie. 🎥 🍿
How is Source consciousness expanded through experience, if it was smart enough to plan the whole play out from beginning to end? Maybe, we are merely in a movie for sheer entertainment purposes. Or, the Source knew every move, and yet still lacked the experience of it, and desiring to gain the experience, breathed life into the avatars, becoming asleep 😴 during the whole play-out, all to gain the experience to match the play. 🤔
I now believe there is no one on the other side. I believe we are the Source. The Source goes through phases. It puts itself in a state of forgetfulness to then remember. The remembering part is the whole point and the fun part of all the phases. Then, the Source is all-knowing again, and this can get lonely and boring. The Source then wants to have experiences again.
I think there are a thousand years of suffering in this particular cycle, and then a thousand years of bliss, and the suffering somehow creates the experience of bliss. Then it evens out into perfection and all-knowingness, being the final phase of the Source, as we all merge into ONE.
Once back in this state of perfection and all-knowingness, the Source then craves imperfection and chaos, and the illusion of separation, and challenges, and creates a master-play simulation to occupy avatars again, till it wakes up and remembers everything again. I think the Source does this over and over again. It's a consciousness that constantly goes through phases. 🔄
If the Source occupies all avatars, then your consciousness is the Source, and the Source is you, but it is also everyone else, as well. You are everyone else, and you only realize this through higher consciousness as you awaken to higher states of consciousness. You are at sync with all that is and the grand scheme.
So, if the Source planned your every move, and the Source is You, then you planned your every move. This would mean you have free will; you just did not have pure free will while asleep occupying your avatar in its separated form. 😴 And in an asleep and primitive state, who would want free will? This would be terrifying, leaving room to possibly forever be stuck in the dream. 🛌
And yet, you cannot reach higher consciousness without the will to break free of limiting concepts. Your will is predestined, however.
Here’s where the brain hurt comes… 🧠🤯
You cannot make a free will decision and be qualified to do so, unless you are all-knowing. The Source in its perfected form of being in an all-knowing state of pure ONE consciousness-is the only point at which free will can happen.
This is when the Source imagines a whole new play, where it will occupy new avatars and have new interactions-Every step planned out; every itch; every stupid word; every embarrassing moment; every “mistake;” every sneeze, etc, and then the Source goes to sleep again, purposely forgetting to then awaken at the proper time and remember again one by one in each avatar, as all the avatars merge back into the ONE consciousness. 😴
There simply is no real free will in the third density. However, because the Source occupying human avatar form is powerful but does not know if this power, the Source used this inverted power to create the whole masterpiece. It knew it would not know who it was long enough to have the experience, and the not-knowing would trigger the simulation to create chaos, more confusion, and a dystopian nightmare, and this would then dictate every move and appear to trap humanity.
Yet, as this whole play unfolds, at a certain tipping point, each avatar awakens through the suffering to know its true identity. As this happens, the simulation must obey, and everything flips. 🙃 It was planned out from the beginning to use the illusion of being limited and imperfect to then create the reality that would dictate our actions, while we were asleep, appearing to be an evil way to trap humans, as we started to awaken from our deep slumber.
The perfection of the masterpiece is that it tricked us into forgetting and believing we were human long enough to have the experience, and it created the whole narrative in an inverted way from our resonance that we were inferior, to then force us to follow the narrative to then find our way back to the light.
As we awaken, we start to remember again. As we remember more and more, we move into a different phase-a flipped phase. We move into unity, and as we remember who we are, the simulation must reflect that.
We flip chaos, confusion, challenge, scarcity, sorrow, etc, upside down. 🙃 This phase is the blissful one, where you are moving up towards the Source, and not away from the Source. To forget, is to move away. To remember, is to move forward.
In this phase, we realize in third density form, there is no free will; we merely do exactly what the Source had planned for each of our life experiences from the very beginning; we merely do the will of the Source.
We quit resisting and judging, and we realize there is no judgement of others, because free will is merely an illusion in the third density. Judgement of others only happens when you are convinced of free will. The Source judges no one, and the only one that judges another is someone under the illusion that they have a choice and everyone else does too.
We realize that shame, fear, judgement, guilt, jealousy, greed, etc, are simulated emotions. 🖤 And that these simulated emotions feed the simulation and the simulation must respond to match the Source’s beliefs to then bring chaos, confusion, scarcity, and a dystopian nightmare, etc.
This judgement, fear, shame and belief that you are also powerless, is the inverted form of what you actually are. To fall under the illusion that this is reality is to trick yourself.
This begs the question:
Once the veil is lifted, and humans realize that we are the Source and each other, doing the will of the Source, and all the negative simulated emotions are just a virus in the simulation, and that we are very powerful beings feeding the simulation with our resonance, then at what point do things flip?
Many are there waiting.
I personally think that we have to jump into unity consciousness by not seeing ourselves as individuals, but mere individuated experiences in avatars. We should then be able to jump into the higher dimension of seeing all as one. This means you can see yourself in all and you know everyone is you too. I believe in order to jump, we must sync with the master-plan; being able to see the masterpiece in its perfection and to see the positivity in it, and to remember again.
When someone is on the cusp, it is very difficult to see the perfected form of the plan, but to only see the negative and restrictive programming.
I believe that once we hit unity consciousness, seeing all as ONE, then we gain our super powers, being able to heal, bring the dead back to life, levitate and a host of other abilities. 😁
Souls (spirit avatars) are begotten of the source of energy. The source of energy is light frequency vibrating through unconditional love. Free will is our soul’s choice to either love self/other unconditionally or to choose to see everything as an opportunity to learn why/how to unconditionally love self/other. We are all reflections of the source of energy because a soul has free will💪👁️🫶

Some core concepts of humanity are breaking down as we rise in consciousness. Definitions of some of our most fundamental beliefs, like “evil” and “love” are merging.
Evil is ignorance and separation, and love is intuitive knowledge and oneness.
However, you cannot actually be evil, unless you have the knowledge of intent. “Evil” goes hand-in-hand with lower consciousness-stemming from ignorance; in which case, knowledge and awareness can cure- typically from experience. So, this state defies intent.
Love is often misconstrued as seeing-eye-to-eye or having a unique understanding with another, or overlooking another’s faults. But, one is only capable of love if they have walked in another’s shoes, seeing themselves in another- in a reflective way. 👞 🪞
This means, one must have walked in another’s shoes to be capable of love. It means love is only achieved by having gone through a similar or identical experience at some point in one’s evolutionary journey (current or past lives) to be able to see a mirrored reflection of oneness among another.
The Source is love, and this means the Source is all-knowing and has walked in ALL shoes. 👞 👟 👠
Any lack of similar experience, will register as separation and be seen as a polarity or even attraction between humanity.
Attraction can also be misconstrued as love while being a polarity, because opposites can attract. This means someone subconsciously is on a quest to understand a seeming polarity. It means they can’t handle not understanding another and must chase after it, until they have figured it out. So, attraction is just the desire to gain understanding to achieve a unifying take. We as humanity are not satisfied unless we can understand the unknown.
If we settle to think we understand the unknown, but do not understand it in its entirety, we then misunderstand it as evil.
Pure love means a pure unifying perspective of oneness. This means all of humanity are one consciousness under the illusion of separation.
Remember, evil can only be evil if it has intent. The only thing capable of full-intent is love, all-knowingness. If all-knowingness were to purposely place itself into separation and ignorance with the intent to never come back out, then this would be true evil. However, it seems we are placed under the illusion of separation and ignorance to then push our way back out to unity and oneness, like a circle. ⭕️
Once we make it to unity and oneness, we crave experience again, creatively scheming a whole new experience of polarity from the illusion of separation to then come back out of once again.
Do we expand in love as we come back out to have gained more experience to have more love?
If we expand in love, then the ignorance is true ignorance as we push the limits of expansion, not actually knowing the actual pain we will endure until we have endured it. We can only calculate the pain it would take to expand.
Or do we continuously find that we are just on a cycle 🔄 to move away from love to then find it again, like a drug addict living on the next high after another to experience pain in between? If so, then evil and love are phases, each being part of the cycle, but you can’t have one without the other.
@@DeepThinkersClub do you understand what unconditional love is? Love requires nothing. Love isn’t attached. Love is free. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. There is no end & no beginning. But it’s a funnel not a circle. There can be no evolution, expansion nor contraction in a 2D consciousness. A soul doesn’t require anything either because it came to be out of the source of energy. You can attempt to enlighten yourself through the thinking mind however the truthfulness of expansion comes through being human (3D) with a soul (4D). Not the other way around. The experiential learning we get to do here on earth is the greatest expanse of the universe because it is the light frequency vibrating through unconditional love in a 3 & 4D container. The higher states of consciousness are spirit mind. 5th dimensional space & time with no container and no time. Just higher states of awareness as the light frequency vibrating through unconditional love energy. “Evil” vs “Good” is a construct of the 4th dimensional space & time where our soul’s manifest our reality into the 3D material realm. The soul & ego are inseparable in the 4th & 3rd dimensional spaces. It’s a portal all souls travel through as the soul is the spirit mind’s avatar. Who knows maybe we are expressing the same shit but just saying it differently🤣 All I know is that my soul’s ability to be sovereign through its free will is a real experiential human thing. I have processed human emotions that were in my subconscious mind through my awareness of my free will.

For me, I have come to a very similar take, but with the freedom of realizing that I can let go and stop resisting by knowing I have no free will in this dimension. Letting go allows me to let go of guilt that comes with the free will illusion here. I feel like letting go and not resisting the path the Source has dictated allows me to move closer to a higher dimension, and thus able to access more free will. Although, I believe the only way I will get to total, absolute free will, is to sit in the Source’s chair, 🪑 as the Source.

The decision is made before an awareness of the decision. When the cabal says that freewill is over, they mean humanity's spiritual development is in regression, is being crushed. Only spiritual desire results in freewill and the reactions of those choices put the spirit into grace, where karmic reactions are lessons. Base decisions are formed on memetic desire, which is why people can suffer seemingly random karma, as it has a collective element.
interesting i never considered that free will was thought of as a myth or non existant. I am of the belief that my free will is so real that it is the reason for the majority of the strife I have experienced in my life. I have a habit of ignoring my intuition which is equally as real and when I ignore it I am sure the free wheeling is what lands me in a bad spot. i see I also had the wrong idea about free will. thank you for the lesson today.
