@@LiamTuffs Liam I've been watching for months now and just realizing who your father actually was. I remember him well from the early 80s, well I didn't know him personally but remember reading about him in the Sun. Reggie Kray was doing an exclusive from prison I remember this blonde haired kid who I understood to be his cell mate, I didn't think for one moment their was anything but friendship going on. And I had absolulty no idea how psychopathic he had become, I hate saying that coz he's your dad, but he came across as a good bloke and was a blondie like me, also came across as a likeable character. I am so damn amazed how well you've actually turned out after the horrendous childhood you had. Mate you are a miracle and come across as very sincere. When I first saw you popping up on Facebook I would never have guessed you could have possibly have had a background like that. You are one of the sanest people on RUclips. I mean it 100 per cent. I'm saying that as a person brought up in council care. You are also excellent at doing this podcast thing. Don't let any mug tell you any different and I mean it 💗👍
I use to work for Marcus redwood when he had the door in folkestone & also the club in deal both in kent he is a gentleman & was a great boss to work for always will have nothing but respect for him & his family & all the door man he had working for him i learnt a lot under marcus redwood nothing but love & resoect for the man 😊❤
The interviews are especially great when, like this one, it's someone who has not only lived an interesting life but who is also thoughtful and articulate and able to give a really interesting insight into their story.
I lived on margate Road when he did, always had a black bmw with big guy number plate or something like that..remember him being in the royal and franks, Thursday nights in franks was the place to be! Grab a granny night was in the caprice! Good times.. always found marcus very polite and approachable
Good man marcus is wish there was more doorman like him about now. A bloke who trains in same gym as me is good friends with him and worked with him. Speaks very highly of him
Liam, the interview with Marcus was by far one of the best! Loved it. I actually know some of the people he mentioned from back in the day in London. I have over 20+ years now in Thailand and would love to help as much as I can with Marcus's charity. I get a really great vibe from him and seems like such a lovely, genuine guy. Please can you put me in contact with him? Thank you.
Marcus is a legend my brother told me about him years ago when we lived in Deal, Mad thing was I’m working in Margate this week and my 14 year old boy who works with me said this is where Marcus the bouncer lives
I'm 60 and worked with Marcus in late 80s. His words are true I've witnessed men flying where his strength dealt with them in a certain manner. Only certain faces would challenge but they flew in barroom battles. He's the Gentleman under all that & nice to nice people. Hes not exaggerating How times a changed for the better with standards I was pleased as my son entered the club scene. He's been escorted/carried out in a professional manner these days. (Grown up now)😅
Murcus he a good friend worked for him for many years trained at his gym worked at the hardest pub kemsly arms Sittingbourne loved it what he says all true bless 😊
Absolute brilliant interview the best you’ve done part 2 please, and last but not least thanks Marcus for helping the orphans in your life. Ex veteran Ex Orphan. 😊

Hi Liam , I wonder if you can get cass pennant ! , that’ll be a hell of a watch, absolutely love these podcasts , im a doorman from Croydon of 18 years … love all these
Bit with the gun sounds like it could be BS as he early said put the gun down and I'll batter u like I did at the weekend. Next he said the guy had his finger on the tricker and said gone on, pull the tricker." Doesn't all add up. I'd take everything he's says with a large pinch of salt 😅
The shotgun was still in its case, but his right hand was inside the case with his finger on the trigger He pushed the end of the gun under my chin and threatened me, it was only afterwards he had boasted about having his finger on the trigger Hope that makes more sense to you now 🙏
Why does he need to exaggerate every story. He’s clearly lived an eventful life but to say he took the knife and snapped it. Smapped his leg in 12 places. 🥱
