As a reader I was already in pain knowing she survived ;-;
I always forget how innocent Bam looks at the start, when he is actaully a devouring monster.
But he *is* innocent. He's *also* a devouring monster. He's both.
I know he didn't know but when a ranker like Lero ro calls somebody a monster and then instantly copies another rankers power just give up and accept the loss. Don't stab yourself when you outclassed beyond belief
That's exactly what Hou did, unfortunately.
The only slight super nitpicky "complaint" I have with the anime vs the manwha is the anime doesn't convey the true difference between a ranker and a regular and a high ranker and a ranker. A ranker to even the strongest regular is the difference between a small crack in the ground and the grand canyon. The difference between a ranker and a high ranker (think top 50) is the difference between the grand canyon and the planet being split in two. A high ranker basically needs permission from the guardians of the floor they are on to just exist let alone show a fragment of their power. A flick of the finger from Yuri Zahard was enough to make a regular ranker dodge and realize if that even grazed them they would have died 6 different ways. If you are a regular and a high ranker shows up you may as well try to prevent the moon from crashing into Earth.
but lately around the 40s floors they seem to have been nerfed alot, like even regulars who havent hit the top to become rankers are messing about with Family Heads...
I fucking love Tower Of God, the anime is decent, but the Manhwa is a straight 10/10, in my personal top 5 over best stories ever. And of course we all hate Rachel, but that just shows how good of a writer SIU is. Writing likable characters can be challenging, but writing a character to be so hated as Rachel, takes quite a tremendous amount of skill.

I like that Rachel is exactly what we all would be in that world. We would not be the hero or chosen, we would be powerless. And we would hate it. And we would behave exactly like her. We hate ourselves. SIU is indeed an amazing writer!
@@clab232 please do yourself a favor and read it. It happened the same to me so I decided to start over. That's the best choice I've ever made. Tower of God is a masterpiece and season 3 is fire. Try to read it again, there'll be a point when you start to understand everything
@@clab232 the 2nd season is a bit confusing at the beginning but everything falls in place eventually. I also stopped reading for a while (but continued at a later point ) because at some point the fights scale to a point, they look like someone dropped a bucked of color :D Also, if youre hating rachel now, just wait as it continues :D
I've never hated an animated charcater like Rachel. I HATE HER SO MUCH. Y'all hate her even more if you have read the manga.
Rachel is one of the best characters in the anime. Designed to be hated due to her insane deception and manipulation for her goals. I will never name a child of mine Rachel lol.

What chapter should I start reading from from the ending of the anime
Chapter 80 if you just want to see what happens next. Would recommend going down to 42 tho since alot got changed or skipped during the hide and seek arc which changed the narrative a bit. Up to you tho if you can be bothered going down again.@@thepoeticscholar8196

Yeah there's some places/prisons in the Tower, that could only be described as hell, and even those places would be to good for her.

Well then SIU had to come up with another driving force for Bam. And to be honest, death is way to light a sentence for her. She deserves to be tortured by Lo Po Bia Yasratcha for all eternity.

Rachel never cared for Bam. She deceived him jst to climb the tower. At first, Rachel actually accidentally got into tower. At that moment tower actually tried to summon Bam but Rachel instead accidentally got sent. and at first scene where Bam also got sent there, that white dude turned Rachel invisible and watch Bam there. then gave her a protector (the silent samurai looking giant). Said that if she could get rid of Bam, she could climb the tower.
the last couple of monts I get vids of the anime on my start page, but there is no new season of it ...
Read the Manhwa, you will not regret it. It's so fucking good.

Rachel is the most evil, twisted, manipulative bitch you will ever lay your eyes upon, if you have only watched the anime, you haven't seen anything of what she's going to do yet, I have never hated any other character more than her. There's a world of difference between Sakura and Rachel.

She’s driven by a desire for power and envious of Bam because he’s naturally powerful
It has been addressed but not properly, Rachel had dreamed of climbing the tower, and bam followed her dream but for her surprise bam was chosen to climb the tower and considered worthy but not herself although it was her dream, that is why she is jealous of bam, and with her strength alone she can't climb, she needs someone else's power that is why she is so deceiving
@@anudeepdesai her flaw is that she lets her jealousy of bam pervert her mind into believing she must do it without bam while bam would be more then happy at the start of their journey to carry her to the top due to his love for her. Her jealousy caused bam to come to hate her however the webtoon isn't finished so we don't know how the ending will play out unless theirs's a light novel.
Seriously tho Rachel is just a victim of circumstances. If Bam stopped insisting on following her like an obsessed freak she wouldn't even be that bad of a person towards Bam.
