People are gonna complain about the art style change but what's cool about this show is that the season 1 art style was very close to what season 1 of what the web toon looked like. It was originally much more gritty and simple looking. The art style of season 2 is close to what the web toon looks like in season 2 onwards. The art considerably improved after season 1 and only got better, it became cleaner and more detailed. So while I might miss the first art style, it's a change that actually makes sense plus the animation is clearly smoother so far with just this episode alone, so that's a nice bonus in my opinion.
The start reminds me of how ONE PIECE began. Older art style that got progressively better. I liked that a lot. Although I feel like it would’ve been a lot more popular with new fans if it had started out with more modern animation.
please go reread first season and start of s2 and notice how there's almost no changes in the artstyle, yet this just looks like a fanmade s2 artstyle and animation wise

I have to say the direction of the beams at 2:49 really threw me off. The way it's directed it makes it seem like the small one is Viole's, but no. When it cuts away from Viole even though it would make sense to cut to his blast as he had just fired it, it cuts to the other one, when Viole's then comes at it from off-screen. Also this may be just me but why do I feel like Viole's should be coming in from the left instead of the right?
