Chugga, I'm a professional musician with a bachelor's degree in music, and I don't think my 10,000+ hours of musical training helped me with the harp minigame one bit.
I’m hoping you aren’t doing exactly as emile is Since this is a harp and not a drum You go from low to high during one measure (time the customers are holding their hands in a single direction) and high to low the next What Emile was doing was instantaneously going from low to high and back, and while he was keeping decent rhythm You’re supposed to go much more gradually Basically you should be playing continuous upward and downward scales throughout most of the minigame.
I will never get over the fact that Emile had struggled on the Lumpy Pumpkin Harp minigame so much to the point where he brought ACTUAL MUSICIANs to his house to try and complete it only for them to tell him the minigame was bogus, and then completed it FIRST TRY whilst recording for the world to see. The LP curse works in strange and mysterious ways.
"Would you like me to call the robot?" >> No thanks. "oh thank the GODDESS, that drooling stalker creeps me right the f**k out. .... er, I mean, yes, Master."
this is the only channel in my subscriptions that I've been watching because everyone else is let's playing breath of the wild and I'm trying my best to avoid spoilers
I can't say Loftwings look build for speed. If you look at fast, agile birds like the sparrowhawk you see that the wings and tail are build so they can go very, very fast and make sudden turns. Loftwings look like they're better endurance fliers, with big, long, powerful wings. They also have features that make them a little less aerodynamic. Also, I don't think you could call Airpona a cannibal since some birds, specifically raptors, sometimes eat other species of birds. They don't hunt each other, though.
Just a note that I thought was interesting for anyone who doesn't know: The Loftwing is based on the Shoebill Bird. Shoebills are actually around 5 ft tall and actually do eat, among other things, small water fowl like ducks. which explains why the Loftwing would be willing to eat other smaller birds for link to collect the 20 rupees it's holding. As for why I posted this convoluted explanation: I noticed how Chuggaa never mentioned that the Loftwing was based on a real life animal and it was beginning to irk me.
The reason that you can't fly at night is most likely because Loftwing have bad night vision by nature, most bird species (that aren't nocturnal or diurnal) have this trait. The night guards' Loftwings has most likely received some kind of special training. That and they're wearing those fancy helmets with the lanterns on them
For those playing the HD version, the musical game here is _SIGNIFICANTLY_ easier with Button-Only controls, since Link’s strumming with the right-stick isn’t too fast at full tilt. I did this on my first try and got an excellent score, to boot!
I just love how Chuggaaconroy was able to pass that harp mini game in one try while when he did this for the first time, it took him almost 2 hours to do it. And then in the Majora’s mask dog race, he usually is able to get it in one or two tries, and ends up taking forever to complete during his let’s play. Chugga’s luck paid off this time.
Hello everyone how yall doing? Today's question is simple, what is your faveroite 'Chugga is oblvious and or stupid' moment? Mine was recently topped by him missing that goddess chest.
Call irony!!! Chugga was complaining about the harp not having specific strings to hit during the story and this mini game gives him what he wants!!! Chugga you wish and you get. Imagine this the medium mode!
Well Chugga, this coming from a part-time musician, music is all about practice and trying the same thing over and over again. But I've always been really good with a beat, so you might not take it from me.
here's a tip when playing the minigame, take a few runs on watching the movement the hands and listing to the singing. then make the strumming on the harp slow not fast. when the hands go down, go to town with the strumming, once u get it, it will be easier to do. my older bro was NEVER able to do this till when i told him on how i did it and he gets it done, albeit hard to watch but he gets it. it like watching the ring that u see when u played on the tower in skylof, but with hands.
1:19 That sounds like you a lot, Emile. 6:47 And that would be _everyone's_ reaction to that minigame. 10:52 Gotta love the upswing of the Let's Play Curse. 20:19 I knew there had to be something special for that one.
I was rewatching Chugga's Super Mario Sunshine LP while waiting for this video to come up. Chugga has definitely changed a lot over the years! (In a good way.)
Some tips for making the harp minigame easy: 1. In my experience, the guy on the right is the easiest to follow. 2. DO NOT PLAY LIKE CHUGGAA WAS. Strumming SLOWER will make you much more likely to win. Flicking the Wii Remote to each side will most likely have you lose, and can even cause the Remote to lose calibration. 3. Just treat it like a rhythm game. It’s no different than the mandatory harp sessions with the exceptions of a few areas where you’ll have to strum faster. 4. Listen to Kina. If you can predict the sessions where you have to strum faster, you won’t have any trouble with it. You can listen to her song, and it’ll be easier to predict those parts

The way the "Swaying' goes, you want to be slower, as long as you're still going in the same direction until they change directions it's good enough. Now your nightmare begins, there's a heartpiece if you get a perfect score of that song minigame.
"If only I could find someone who was good at plowing..." Link tries to say 'well then how about I stay hear tonight and show you how good I am at plowing' but sadly all he can say is "HYAH!"
Are there more areas in this game? Is it just Skyloft, The Sky, Faron Woods, Eldin Volcano, and Lanayru Desert/Mines? I mean, at least that last one is quite a large area, but compared to Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword seems like an incredibly small world.
Skyward Sword's areas are forced to be revisited twice for each one and none of them except the desert actually give you meaningful new locations to explore. The woods just has a corridor and hallway lake and the mountain just has more mountain. Twilight Princess's locations were a lot bigger, a lot more, and a lot less barren than the world of Skyward Sword. The desert is the one exception to that but the other two are very shallow in comparison.
Each of the 3 regions has a second temple in a new section of it, which is the whole next part of the game. And assuming you haven't played Skyward Sword, just a warning ;) Get ready for the most terrifying part of this game in the next episode.
I hated Twilight Princess... Giant areas of nothing, items are used anywhere from once to five times and then never really needed again (Clawshot is the exception, bottles also help.), and I recently started playing again and I seemingly have three different objectives and no way to complete any of them. So I'm going to restart so I can actually finish the game.
Also to get right almost all the time in Fun Fun Island, look at where the spot you want to land on is when you pass the last ring. Then head there. Then it's just adjusting until you reach the spot at the last moment.
"Whatever you need a Blue Bird Feather for to make a shield stronger, I have no clue" You misjudge him. He learnt the ways of incomprehensible building from the master, the man who made houses out of Gogol horns, JUJU!
What are you talking about, Chuggaa? That harp minigame is really fun! I always beat it in one try, and Kina and Pumm are always really happy with my performance. I routinely visit the Lumpy Pumpkin after I've finished this sidequest to replay this minigame, and it's always really fun. I don't know what your problem is.
Kina: The field needs plowing now that the pumpkins are harvested. Are you any good at plowing? Link: I'm not sure. I'll have to ask Zelda. (I REGRET NOTHING!)
I remember after my first playthrough, I was able to get a perfect rating every time I did the harp mini-game. The only time I ever got an average performance on it was during my LP of Skyward Sword. Fun Fun Island, however I loathe so much. I've only been able to one-shot that Heart Piece one time.
23:46 I believe, as usual in gigantic expanses with nothing in the foreground, you’re actually moving a lot faster. Check out how quickly the ground moves under you when you approach Fun Fun Island!
its a reference to his lp of pikmin; he named a red leaf pikmin steve and blamed everything that went wrong on steve. for some godforsaken reason, the fandom went apeshit over it
12:36 Kina, "I need someone good at plowing." (insert jaw drop here) WHAT! How did I never notice she said that when I played through this game. What has happened!
I hate people freaking out about the harp mini game, I can get the best result every time no matter what, I also just strum in rhythm for the freestyle portion, trust me it helps, and if you memorize the inconsistent rhythms in the song, you can get kina to say you blew her socks off every time, you also get a 50 rupees when you replay it I think
As a gigging musician, the harp job gave me trouble too. I beat it the first try, but when I tried again to get some rupees, I failed miserably several times in a row. I have been having fun replaying this game along with you though! :)
I remember I would spend hours playing Fun Fun Island after perfecting my movements and timing to land 50 rupee space and just grind and max out my rupee count within an hour. Arguable the most fun time killer in the entire game.
wegeebro2 FINALLY SOMEONE ELSE LIKES THE MINI GAME! Everyone in the comments who said they are glad someone else hates the harp mini game, EVERYONE DOES! It's much more difficult for someone who likes the mini game and can get it perfect every time
Weegee well, this is Chuggaa we’re talking about. He’s awesome, but he has bad luck when it comes to mini games, just look at the Doggie Racetrack in Majora’s Mask.
NO! Bad Chuggaa! His name is steve! 1) epona is a girl. Your lofting is a boy. Changing it from an e to an air doesn't change it! 2) you should have thought about that before making the joke 22 lets plays ago. We will never let it go Chuggaa! He will live on whether you like it or not!!!

23:46 I believe, as usual in gigantic expanses with nothing in the foreground, you’re actually moving a lot faster. Check out how quickly the ground moves under you when you approach Fun Fun Island!
And I thought that you would stop being vulgar after Mario sunshine XD
hearing "don't cry little boy -- it's perfectly, mostly safe" from a clown is one of those things you need the context for
why not steve
turtle god recording software
PIkmin playthrough.
its a reference to his lp of pikmin; he named a red leaf pikmin steve and blamed everything that went wrong on steve. for some godforsaken reason, the fandom went apeshit over it
12:36 Kina, "I need someone good at plowing." (insert jaw drop here) WHAT!
Airpona...? Yeah, no, it's Steve.
I remember I would spend hours playing Fun Fun Island after perfecting my movements and timing to land 50 rupee space and just grind and max out my rupee count within an hour. Arguable the most fun time killer in the entire game.
As a musician, that made cringe. It ain't that hard
wegeebro2 FINALLY SOMEONE ELSE LIKES THE MINI GAME! Everyone in the comments who said they are glad someone else hates the harp mini game, EVERYONE DOES! It's much more difficult for someone who likes the mini game and can get it perfect every time
Weegee same
Weegee same. I found the mini game quite easy actually.
actually trying to follow the rhythm in this game is detrimental.
Weegee well, this is Chuggaa we’re talking about. He’s awesome, but he has bad luck when it comes to mini games, just look at the Doggie Racetrack in Majora’s Mask.
I had a healthy serving of bad puns, now I can go on with my day.
69spooky420 me
I'm surprised he didn't make the "love is in the air"-joke earlier since one of the themes in the game is *literally called Romance in the Air*!
NO! Bad Chuggaa! His name is steve!
1) epona is a girl. Your lofting is a boy. Changing it from an e to an air doesn't change it!
2) you should have thought about that before making the joke 22 lets plays ago. We will never let it go Chuggaa! He will live on whether you like it or not!!!
cyndaquilofpower Correction. It's Char since that Loftwing is 3xs faster.
2:08 - Well, if you think about it, maybe the Blue Feather is to make the shield a bit more lightweight? You know, light as a feather? :P
SHIT HE DIDN'T NAME IT STEVE!
6:47 yes chugga feel that pain in your soul it has arrived.
Can this comment get likes for no reason?
fuck you????????????????????????????
Eric Parazak I already did that
Chugga learned an important lesson about music today. As long as you hit the first note and the last note nothing else matters.
Truer words have never been said.
