I love the idea that in this branch of the Mario universe, not only does Waluigi celebrate his goals by telling the opposition fans to suck it, but it’s apparently become such a hit with them that he does a fakeout with it just to piss them off even more.
I like to think that Waluigi only does the crotch chop towards opponents he actually had a tough time dealing with. So when he doesn't, it basically means the opposition was a joke
