In my personal view Swati Maliwal having been Chairperson of DCW, is using her experience, as an agent of BJP to levy false allegations of having been assaulted by PA of CM Kejriwal.
In fact it seems that she doesn't want to leave her Rajya Sabha seat as had reportedly been requested by top AAP leaders.
The Delhi police being under LG and Amit Shah, HM, is helping Maliwal in all possible manner which further strengths the fact that Maliwal is now acting as an agent of BJP against AAP leaders.
If she is so upright then why doesn't she resign from AAP party.
