One of my good friends from Navy Flight School was a CU grad and said that when he saw the CU ROTC Marines in their Dress Blues as a freshman that made him decide to become a Marine Corps Officer. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and Helo Pilot. I'm gonna have to show him this video (if he hasn't already seen it).

Changing the grind periodically is a good thing. Your body adapts to the same routine, and it becomes less challenging, especially if you're not giving maximum effort. Hopefully there pushing to their max, if not you're only cheating yourself.

thank you for the access RTP. this is their first month together collectively, excited to see their progress. i love that they have this unique opportunity to bond and test out their fitness level. i learned a lot from ROTC in college and i hope they gained a lot from this and appreciate this part of the journey.

The defense is tough. They just need to work on being more proficient. I believe they're going do great this season. There is a lot to dissect here, character, mental fortitude, team cohesion, who cut corners and who pays attention to details. Great training.
