take the Bottom lip, top lip and inner mouth mask and put them in their own deformer. Keyform the deformer in a -1, 0, 1 parameter named "Mouth X". In the 1 position, move the deformer to model side left, curve it up curve it up a bit. Reflect motion. Done.
