ERGA equipment for recyling and cleaning PET bottles and PET flakes from Fe and Non-Fe metals

The technology for processing PET bottles and PET flakes includes the stage of cleaning recyclables from foreign metal impurities. ERGA equipment allows you to cope with this task in automatic mode:
✓ For removal of nonferrous metals ERGA EddyFlow eddy current magnetic separator is used. The vibrating feeder in its design ensures even distribution of material flow along the entire width of the conveyor belt (up to 2 000 mm). Material is fed as monolayer for efficient recovery of the fraction containing nonferrous metals.
✓ERGA DrumMag magnetic drum separator is used to remove ferrous metals
