Recovering metallic aluminum from slag on equipment ERGA

Processing of aluminum slag with extraction of non-ferrous metal for recycling. Please see our video review to see the visible efficiency of the application of recovering metallic aluminum from slag.
In both tests the material was crushed under 10 mm first.
✓ In Test 1 аll of the material that decreased in particle size was cleaned of magnetic material with a magnetic separator and the cleaned material was enriched with eddy current. The metallic aluminium obtained is 3.50%.
✓ In Test 2 the material was separated into 2 different fractions using a vibrating screen before magnetic cleaning and eddy current enrichment. Total metallic aluminium obtained is 4.99%
✓ Screening the material increased the efficiency of metallic alluminium by 1.49%.
