Do you happen to have these recipes written down anywhere? like the sweet potato pancakes & broccoli tots? like how much of what to use? Please and Thank you!!
These are awesome ideas! And for all parents who struggle with picky eaters this is a cool fact, it takes at least 100 tries for a kid to develop a like for a flavor, so with this being said keep offering a variety of foods, they will reject it a few times by one day before you know it, they will eat it and like it!!! I offered avocado to my daughter at least 20 times and one day when I was tired and exhausted and so down thinking I was an awful mom because I was doing something wrong, my daughter picked a piece I offered and she finishes half an avocado on her own!!! Now when I put it on her plate, she eats it, no question asked, and she likes it!!! This is a reminder to my self , too because it can be exhausting to have so many food rejections from your own child, BUT let’s keep trying!! It’s worth it! 😊
I actually love these ideas , good food combination for a toddler. My daughter is 2 and she’ll eat just about anything. Maybe she’ll love these plates too .. ❤️❤️
All that looks so good. A lot of people at my school are really picky. I have fruit and a veggies in my lunch and people always say that it's gross. I love veggies and fruits. The salmon looked really good. Everything looked delicious!
I’m watching your kid just chow down on ALL his food, and I’m so jealous. Mine would maybe eat a quarter of what he has on those plates, and with NON-STOP coaxing and nagging and begging.
Awesome I will definitely try the chicken quest! My kids are very picky but they probably would like this. Thank you so much for sharing. Will definitely stay tune to your channel.😊
I made this for dinner. I put ground chicken in them as well. Cooked the ground chicken on the stove then chopped it small and just put it in the mix. Super yummy and a great way to hide the protein
What an adorable little boy! Thanks for the eyes. I'm always on the hunt for new ideas and my faves were the yogurt bites and potato pancakes. As for me I'm a sucker for salmon so I eat that all the time. 🌹
I started watching this video an the next thing I know I am half way through and in the kitchen meal prepping healthy foods for my baby's lunches before school. I'd say you have succeeded in INSPIRING me. So thank you! I will try these when I get the ingredients. :)
New sub here! ..The frozen yogurt blueberries look so good! I'm definitely going to be trying that for my 2 toddlers. I have a 2.5 year old and 1 year old who would love these, and will try to get my picky 9 year old to try it as well. Lol. Thanks for sharing your food ideas.❤
Just a little tip from what I have been told is that the measuring cup you used is only used to measure liquids, if your going to measure solids use the other type. No shade just thought I'd share😁
What easy healthy meals!! I was so discouraged about making food for my little one. How old is your son here? My daughter is about to turn 12 with a possible egg allergy. I would like to try your broccoli tots and pancake recipes. Any idea what can be used in place of eggs?
Broccoli tots are going to be the answer to my son refusing to eat his greens :-P Actually my son isn't keen on salmon either. He will eat a bit and then throw it onto the ground. He isn't too fussy with most other foods though. He loves blueberries but may not like the coldness of those frozen yoghurt snacks...
Tessa Desormeaux my 18 months old is testing water with me a lot of times. He will look at his daddy to double check if he can get away from it. We both have to firmly saying no to him, and tell him that is bad. When he does something good, we show him more love with encouragement. He is testing his water a lot. The kids now a day are so smart.
Team Queen’ s Fearn Tucker and Bentley Forever time out start at 2?? Once me and my husband give him a firmly no, he usually listens, and he does the stuff we ask him to do.
I like how simple and easy are your meals for your boy. I will going to try it. Hopefully my 14 month boy eat it. Lol I like to put my salmon in 1/2 cup of orange juice for 2 hours in the fridge before cook it. It make it soo moist that my husband became a huge fan of salmon. He used to hate it because for him was to dry! Lol
This was very cute. Just one comment orange sweet potatoes and yams are not the same thing. If you are in America, yams are not even available in most grocery stores as they can not be grown here.
Great idea on kids food but have a feeling this has to be her first one I remember doing all that. 👶 number 2 becomes a soldier what you cook is what they get😎
The broccoli tots look great. Just a suggestion use scissors to cut them quickly for your boy. I’ve been using scissors ✂️ in the kitchen for a while and it’s so easy to snip instead of using a knife and fork.
i don't know how i ended up watching your video but i am glad i did. i really enjoyed it. you just gained yourself another sub!!! lots of love !!! xoxo
Thank you for sharing. Big thumbs up. Just two things I want to bring to your attention, I noticed that you are using a Teflon and worse it looked like it was scratched. Please throw it away immediately. Second, try not to use aluminum for preparing food. You can use it for cover only. Again great ideas..
I find it easier n less messy if i put the food in a ziplock bag, add the seasonings n mix.. then pour out onto pan. I do this with potatoes n veggies.. love Baked veggies

theabk4u1 I know it is. My first comment only said I have a toddler with eating issues and sometimes it’s hard. This crazy lady attacked me with these horrible words as you can see here. She’s not even the woman in the thumbnail just some weirdo. Anyway I took my comment down. 🤷🏻♀️
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ur recipes....thanks a million dear I ahve 5 year old n 17 months old boys ....big time fussy eater .....I just tried the broccoli n cheddar recipe I m very sure they will 😍 it cos I loveeeed it 😝
Wow love this, I don't know if I just missed it but this is just one day??! And how old is he in this video? I have a 13month old, doesn't eat on his own yet and he hardly eats and I don't like to force him but it's reached to the point where I have to. But I am at fault a bit for not widening the variety. I'm a first time mom and I'm at a bit of a loss, like how much is he supposed to eat in a day, is what I give him enough. He's breastfed so he still has that regularly throughout the day. And the amount of food on your son's plate would be way way too much for him. He wouldn't eat half of that. I do know every child is different but your advice would be appreciated

Hey if he (or any other kiddos) eats quesadillas, you can sneak some more veggies in there! Spinach or carrots are easy to slip in.
