I had the chance to see her live down in my Mississippi Delta Casino's. There was no way that i would let my favorite country singer come that close to me and not go hear her sing. carolina girl you would have loved Bettysue. SHE HAD A LITTLE SHOP IN TOWN. Bettysue and her husband were sweet. I gave her a hug I told her my husband had just come from Iraq and fixing to go back and she said some really beautiful words I had to hug her.

It's very hard to loose family. especially when ur close as we were. then, 3 yrs after my mothers death I lost my baby sister. So I know how u feel. praying for u and family. Betty Sue was as true as anyone could be.A wonderful,wonderful person and a friend I'll never forget.
I can't imagine such a loss. Having the hope of Heaven makes it somewhat bearable.
