What is her name? I saw her today in a case where the mum let her daughter 16 months old stay alone in the house when the mother was one holiday and visiting 2 boy friends. Could see her where she was driving. She has let the girl alone in a long time many times. The neigbours heard the girl how she cried and the parents of the mother did also now about how their daughter was. But they diden’t care at all. Think abouth that diaper that litle girl had and she had nothing to eat or drink. The prosecutor have also been the monsters lawyers in many cases I have seen her in. I’m just watching this now and I am shocked at how unprofessional the woman defense attorney is behaving. She is defending a CHILD killer. Would she be smiling if he killed one of her children or grandchildren?

I have personally witnessed a full blown bipolar mania. Totally psychotic with no sense of reality. Seriously. I am not saying he was in that state i dont know. He needs to be accountable but he may need treatment too.

One thing that boils me is when family comes and say he or she was enduring this, or we should have stayed or went or watch or kept. The family's needs to know we dont care or want to hear any of it after you knew your loved one had issues thats enough to make sure at all times that all parties are well and safe to prevent things like this. I believe he has no mental issues besides whatever people go through after killing someone I believe it was more about being a sorry father, feeling like loser and the mother not wanting him anymore so he killed the baby to make the mother suffer he knew nothing else would hurt her. His family also knew he was depressed over boy mother but to not tell truth they want to say he suffer mental illness

I suffered abuse as a child, I been an addict most of my life,suffer mental illness all my life. I raised 7 kids on my own I struggled financially God knows how many times I thought about suicide but never ever it crossed y mind to hurt my kids in no way shape or form. On the contrary they kept me alive at times I didn’t wanted to live. Mental illness doesn’t make you beat you’re child to death unless you’re truly detached from reality. This monster looks very young and healthy to me.
The saddest part of it all is that this behavior is nothing out of the normal. 12% of the population commits 60% of viloent crime.
Is it just me, or was his attorney or public defender lady SUPER disrespectful by her constant laughing and talking especially when the judge was speaking and during his sentencing!!??!?!? I couldn't believe it.. especially coming from the defending side.. I could see it happening more so from the prosecution side bc they usually seem more sure of themselves and laxed with rules (my personal opinion).. she's lucky it was an agreed upon sentence because he could appeal it and say something along the lines of that he feels she wasn't handling his case in a serious manner or something and could try to get a mistrial.. I would be FURIOUS if my attorney behaved like that at all, let alone during sentencing and/or while the judge was speaking!! Even the Male attorney cut the judge off while he was speaking about the victim impact letters.. I am shook at this.. is it just me, is it normal or okay?? I am pissed for the victim and the victims family because I feel that alone could cause a mistrial! Shame on her/them.. besides, what was SOOOOOO damn funny that it couldn't wait.. I wish someone would've called her out!!🤯 Just the fact of her behavior during THIS type of case is unbelievably disrespectful towards the victim and family.. even to the public!! A 5yr old boy was murdered by his own FATHER WITH A BASEBALL BAT!!! And a professional attorney wouldn't make light of that fact EVER!!💔😢🧐
