I love these tulips so much!!! It was so fun to watch you go through the process. Your crafting skills are 🔥!! As soon as you said that it was for your mom I knew she’d love it. So sweet to see you guys together!! ❤

I really want to start creating my own cross stitch patterns and I have procreate and currently on the demo of Winstitch. I’m struggling to get used to the software which is why I haven’t bought it yet. I would love a tutorial on winstitch and how you transferred your procreate design over and how you had it on your phone to mark off what you’ve stitched when you were making it! Or even any advise would be so so appreciated ❤

Hi Amy! For my procreate design, I just exported it as an image and saved to my camera roll. Then I emailed the picture to myself and downloaded it onto my computer. In WinStitch, at the top (by “file” and “edit”), you click insert > insert photo behind grid, and then upload the image. :)
On my phone is an app called Markup R-XP for iPhone! If you only have android, there’s a similar app called Pattern Keeper :) hopefully that helps!

Awww!!! Don't you just love it when friends and family appreciate a stitched creation you've made 😄
Love the little tulips. Perfect for keeping out throughout the year.
    Your mom is a sweetheart!!
I use the demo of winstitch for recharting quotes on patterns if I want something different than what's charted.
    Have a wonderful weekend!!

That tulip chart is a little beauty. Loved it so much that while watching you I had to order it. It was great to see you present it to your mom and her reaction. We need a video of you two stitching together.Happy stitching

Dara this video is AMAZING. So professional! It must have taken so much time to plan out all those scenes. It totally paid off - you should be super proud!

Thank you so much for this video 😊 I have a question do you know how to convert your own pictures on that program you just used? Thank you ☺️🧵🌙

Hello!! Yes when you're starting a new pattern in WinStitch, I believe there is an option to convert a picture instead of selecting the canvas size :) I think it's called "import image" or something similar!

What program do you use for charting?

What do you call the magnet thing that clips onto your hoop that holds your sewing needle when not in use?
