Class II Composite Bonded Resin Filling - controlling the Cavity Configuration Factor or "C" factor

Vitrabond was placed and bonded on the axial wall prior to acid etching and application of bonded materials. It was placed to insulate and protect the pulp. A wedge was initial placed as sulcular barrier. The composite resin was carefully placed using incremental layering techniques to avoid adding to the "C-factor." GC
