- Over the next few days, I'll hopefully be releasing a Developer Let's Play of Mega Man's Christmas Carol 3.
You are probably wondering why I am uploading the cut-scenes separately to the actual LP? Simply put, it's due to the nature of it being a developer LP, so I tended to not pay any heed to the cut scenes at all....
as well as the subject matter of parts of it, it didn't seem appropriate. So they're separate for easy watching, I guess.
This Let's Play was... very emotional for me, and is one of the hardest things I've ever recorded, but I feel it is important. In case you're wondering why that is, around 27 minutes into this very video gives an indication of the topics of part of the Let's Play. Yeah.
But... this will be in addition to a normal behind the scenes of this game, both of this version of CC3, as well as the versions that did not make it across the finish line.
Expect it in the next few days, providing some equipment needed to finish it turns up.
Somehow the plastic connections for my microphone have melted and I'll have to replace that with metal components. I didn't think it was that hot, but oh well.
I am very surprised this game somehow ended up with 30 minutes of cut-scenes?! That's more than most mainline Mega Man games, hah.

The Christmas Carol series has been enjoyable every step of the way, and I loved the thematic reference with the first fortress stage boss. My favorite fights were Belle, fortress boss 2, and ESPECIALLY that awesome final boss!
Poor Dr. Cossack. I'm obsessed with his sprites in the intro video. AMAZING reactions. Poor, poor, poor guy.
The cartoony art style is really cute, it adds an interesting touch to everything. The music choices are awesome as ever - again, the final boss theme rocks. I'm gonna try to get some no hit runs and use the other characters now... looking forwards to it!
Also, regarding the final message... j ust wanted to make sure you know that you're a really cool person and as someone who grew up getting into Mega Man years after a lot of the original fandom, your RUclips account and sites have been a really positive influence on me and helped me develop a lot of interested I continue to appreciate to this day. I know the feeling of being in a position where it seems like everything is falling apart and that sucks in a way that can't be put into words, so I won't say too much - but I do wanna say, thank you again for all the work you do and the things you make even when times are tough. It's awesome just to see your tweets regularly and what you're up to and to know you're still trucking on projects. Keep on being cool!!! You're awesome!

There is a Muppet Christmas Carol that was a Live Action version(but it had Muppets in it).

also every single line of dialog made me laugh to death so thats a plus
It's funny how the ending cutscene starts as soon as Saint lands a shot on a character like if they had armor with Thorn 255.
Bass had my favorite ending, seconded by Mega Man though Protoman was super close. Wii motion really was a pretty cool innovation.
Bass ending is the best!!

Hey, I know this is a random place to ask, but would you reccomend the GameMaker Studio 2 Desktop for making Mega Man games? I thought this was used through the Megaman engine and since you seem skilled in this field I wanted to ask you. Would it be worth the 100 dollars?
So, wait. If I download this game, will I able to get the first two games as well? Cause I saw in the menu that, when you select CC3, there were two other options as well that had the special weapons of the last two games.
No, its just the weaponsets from the first two games. The previous two games had each other's weaponsets as unlockable cheats.
