hey girl! let me start by saying i’m so greatful that i came across your channel about two years ago i tried mini twists and i haven’t looked back! i have low porosity hair & even though it’s thick my mini twists always comes out boneless & unravels not matter what i do. so this time i was gone try the rope method but just like im horrible at braiding from the root obviously i cant twist either lol so this technique is literally a game changer! my question is when you want longer twists do you braid & crochet the hair and wrap it around the braid or do you still braid then rope twist it down? i hope im making sense lol
Aww!! Thx boo!! Yeah, I know what you mean. I installed them extraaaa long a couple years ago - I braided my hair, then crocheted the extension hair through the base of my braid, and then twisted my braid with the extension hair. The twists took foreverrrrrr to install, so I didn't make a video. But when I install long mini twists again, I'll record a tutorial.
Your hair is gorgeous! How did you install your updated mini twists and curl your style. Do you use gel/edge control/shine jam, near scalp or what did you currently upgraded method. Thanks for the wash the braiding hair tip to protect your scalp.

I curl the ends with perm rods and dip them in hot water
