- MENTAL TURBO SPOOL SOUND. Definitely one of the most insane G35 Coupe's you'll ever hear. Night cruise with tonsss of pulls. Finally able to bulley the cars that used to bulley me lol. But can't always be the fastest. The M5 definitely spanked the G but this is only the break in tune. We will soon be going for the power tune and this thing will have well over 100WHP more and then we can handle that M5.

That's not how break ins work. Where do you draw the line? A 700 HP motor should only run at 50%, that's still 350hp on the internals. None of which is transferred to the compression rings, which is what you are trying to break in. The misconception stems from older single grade break in oils with a relatively "thin" oil film. If you thrashed a motor on those oils it will definitely break the oil film and bottom your bearings. Modern oils won't do this as long as oil pressure is maintained.
Testament to this, modern engines are assembled, pushed to the engine room and they run them flat out for 5-10minutes, then ship.

Seriously, those cars are super slow compared to a truly modded. 335i ( currently 655 whp 641 lbs torque) never in my life has a G been within a bus of me! Mods- fbo , upgraded twins f21 Frankenturbos, Fog’R 500 throttle body injection, lsd, stage 2.5 LPFP, e50 tuned via wedge performance, just for you G boys 655 whp = 735 crank... see when your car does not come with turbo or a stout tranny and forged internals, it’s not going to compete unless your drop 15k and change your whole car... js facts...

I'm just behind on uploads. Lol. We went for the power tune it made 650whp because of a fuel starve issue and exhaust restriction. I've now resolved thsoe and we going back on the dyno next week. But yea the uploads behind. Lol

@@nitish21 had G35XS G37XS Q50 3.7 AWD S now a RS400 but i have to say i miss the sound of my VQ lol. But the VR has massive mod potential up to or over 1000hp. Now back to your G35 love the sound and pops you ever had issues with the red cherry cars? My 3.7 was as intense but no pops also a local to TO that is why I am asking. Thinking of some mods lower down pipe 3in AMS with a 3 inch cat back not sure what brand yet

And one time I had one hounding me and I was driving in 6th and so he just left me alone. So not too bad

Feels like all I’ve seen is 600whp break in tune. Break in forever lol
I have so much footage I can't let it go to waste lol, I'll probably have 2 more videos of the break in tune footage then we go to the power tune. Just to give you an update since the youtube footage is behind, I ran into issues on the power tune with fueling and exhaust flow. So it only made 650whp on that tune. I've since fixed the exhaust and am in the process of doing the fuel system fix and we are going back on the dyno to shoot for upwards of 700whp.

@@harryperfors2224 I haven't been keeping close track of millage but I drove a lot on the break in tune pretty much since October till now minus the days there was snow. And I didn't drive it daily just on random days. Probably like couple thousand km. So the graph on the tune showed the power just tanking. My tuner saw the way boost was not holding the way it was in break in tune and pointed towards a restriction in the exhaust design. The break in tune we just had a 3 inch downpipe. Now u have a full exhaust. There is a restrictive Y section I've now opened that section up for more flow. The fuel we notched after 7k rpm the power tanked hard.. So it pointed to low fuel in the tank causing a starvation issue. This caused by imporper siphoning from the other side of the tank so I am installing a venturi jet from radium to pull fuel from the drivers side of the gas tank into the oem basket.

Whats wrong with that steering wheel you need to get that alignment fixed
