    I have questions. Are there techniques for meditation? Are there subtle objects to focus on in meditation? Are the various samadhis taught in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras discussed or goals to reach?

      There is no special techniques. Simply rest as awareness whatever you do, during meditation and during the all day. This is kind of a non-practice because we don't really need to practice something to become who we already are. There is no goal or destination, and no one to go there. Just relax imperturbably as often as possible !

      @@RestAsAwareness Most peolpe would just fall asleep in meditation if they only rested as awareness. Are you implying the practice of being aware of awareness in meditation as well as and throughout the day?

      @@kenjones102 Yes, absolutely. It is even possible (but not easy) to be aware during sleep.
