He really should! The only reason I’ve ever watched it was because Jim was on. I was hoping they’d give him the $50 grand or whatever they were going to give Jaba so he could put that towards his treatment.
If you remember long ago Keemstar did save Jim's channel so maybe he feels some sort of obligation to Keem. Also Jim has gone on The Ralph Retort without any sort of payment. He likely just does it for the love of the game.

It's pretty obvious when he refuses to provide evidence of anything and says he doesn't want his family involved in it whenever they're discussing something he's lying about, but then he immediately jumps at the opportunity to actually drag his sister into the conversation by calling them during the show when there was some inconsequential thing he wasn't lying about.

@SirIsaacClarke To me, it's been a fabrication from the start. Keem knows Boogie is an easy target, and all Boogie needs to do is be as unrealistically belligerent as possible. He knows he's a punching bag, and you can tell from his reactions that he's just going along for the ride. Keem is PAYING him to be a lolcow, so he's playing the fool because he has no other options to keep a roof over his head.

I can not stand the way that Boogie talks. It's extremely obvious he's lying and I can't fathom why anyone gives him the time of day. "It is very common and it is true in my case that most survivors will cover for their abusers." No one talks about their own experiences this way, and he always does it. He frames everything in his life as "It is common for people who have X to do Y and therefore that is why I am doing Y and beyond reproach." Only someone that's lying to you frames shit like this. It's irrelevant what's "common" they are asking about HIM, and HIS experience, and HIS reasons why. And he has none. All he can do is tell you what's "common" among real survivors.
If it's not clear to everyone by now, he's getting all of this, like everything else, from looking it up online and attempting to mimic stories and behavioral patterns from people who actually went through it.
Boogie is self aware about "victims of x will do y" he uses that excuse to dodge questions. Boogie is very manipulative, he knows how disarm, and he can blend in to different crowds

Thank you for putting what I was thinking into words. The truth parts are his mom was teaching him abstinence and she didn't want her young kid exposed to nudity. Pretty common, normal stuff. How that's "abuse" I don't know. He was framing even that as abuse. The food stuff was most likely because he was a picky eater and she'd feed him what he'd eat. The no other options is bs if his brother and sister ate differently. That means alternatives were available in the house.

But you really nailed it was just how selfish and pathological Boogie is about lying… I have no doubt that he totally has money squirreled away that he’s not telling people about, because there’s no way in hell that he would give up all $3000 if that’s all he had just to get his play button back. He did it because he knows he is financially fine.
