When renting house do you pay per month or year ??

We have different rental options. We have short stay rental options for clients that would like to stay for a day or just a few weeks. The rental terms here are not fixed, each property owner has their own rental terms. Others ask for one month rental payment, some ask for three months upfront, others ask for month to month payment. It is different for each property. However no one will ever ask for a year's upfront payment. The maximum upfront rental payment that some landlords ask for is 3 months. They usually do not ask for an upfront payment that exceeds that. Again, the terms and conditions vary from landlord to landlord. There are no fixed rental terms .

There is no specific rule to how rent is paid here. Each apartment/house comes with their rules but usually most landlords ask for atleast 2 months upfront and one month of security deposit for clients staying for longer than six months.
You can as well discuss and agree on the terms of payments with the Landlord. There is no specific way that is done. The terms are usually flexible.

How does wifi work when working remote in Africa to the USA?
Hello, most Apartments have stable wifi which is connected all through the year. One can buy a modem from an a telecom company and that helps alot especially if the person is going to stay in a remote area where internet/wifi is nit easily accessible. A modem comes in handy. You can as well purchase a local simcard, that way you are able to have internet/wifi on your phone wherever you go.

OMG this house was on the unapologetic nomads site for $65,000 which was published on September 2020 and now it’s shown on this site for $450 WTF is going on how can a property increase in just a month.
Hello, the house was on sale just a few months back before this video was shot and it was sold for that price. The $450 is monthly rent not buying price.
