Tbh, I think Indigo should consider changing their current (cabin crew's) uniform. That hat for example, is so unnecessary. A simpler uniform would allow the crew to work more comfortably. Just my personal opinion 😅
They honestly possess no skills. It's the external appearance in the form of an attire that makes them look like professionals. Trust me, no one should fall for anyone's looks.
While a mentioned was made of any complexion or caste accepted the video speaks for itself. Caste race complexion is at the forefront of Indego hiring get real people in India your bias shows very plainly.
TBH, most of IndiGo's cabin crew members I've come across are incompetent, insolent, nonchalant, and failed to cater properly to customers' needs. A smile that they put on is a pretence; absolutely insincere. A recent incident came to light involving an IndiGo flight that received a bogus threat of a bomb being planted inside the aircraft cabin. The imminent response by the cabin crew members was instructing the passengers to evacuate the aircraft along with the their bags/possessions. This kind of impulsive response that endangered the passengers lives is beyond unforgiveable and attributes to a lack of training. Most companies in India are in dire straits as a result of improper training given to recruitees.
