  • Outlaw opened in 1993 with the all new Outlaw Gulch section of Adventureland Resort and was constructed by Custom Coaster International.
Outlaw was only the second coaster constructed by CCI, it was designed by Mike Boodly, whom would go on to form Great Coasters International in 1994. The ride was designed to feature a high amount of lateral forces, but does feature many good pops of ejector airtime in the back cars. These qualities would be a mainstay in many early GCI coasters, and is why Outlaw is considered to be GCI's prototype.
In 2022, Outlaw's train was sent off to Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters to be rebuilt. When it returned for the 2023 season, it sported a shiny new coat of paint, and a new front plate logo.
For guests, Outlaw is usually a quick stop on the way to Adventure Bay. The fast paced twister layout lends it to a reputation for a rough ride. While most enthusiasts tend to find it as a diamond in the rough hidden in the back of the park.
Best Seat: Row 12 - Row 12 features by far the best 2 doses of ejector airtime in the entire park. If one is looking for a more lateral driven experience, Row 1 would be more suitable.

It's actually a CCI built ride. It was however designed by Mike Boodley whom would go on to form GCI the next year. With it's curved drop and focus on laterals, many consider Outlaw to be GCI's prototype.
