Yeah, I agree with what Pangina & Raven said about Dakota & Jonbers.I don’t mind a simple look and I’m not saying you have to do the most, however when you see elaborate and fun looks like Cheddar & Le Fil have, if you’re going to be simple, it has to be flawless. For example, Danny’s look is simple, however there’s still so much to it like the cuffs and the shapes.

The black background for the bodysuit was the same background color for the silence = death logos. So, no, it should not have been nude or pink. The black and pink combo with white lettering is iconic (unfortunately)

Pagina mentions Schiaparelli but what i think she means is Valentino whos FW 22/23 consisted only of looks in the same shade pink
Danny Beards look is based of a 80s Thierry Mugler Jacket (detox's grey final look was based on the same)
Le Fil is tent dress is based of Bradley Sharpe's tent dresses
Schiaparelli originally made that shade of pink popular which is why Pan referenced her

Dakota Schiffer: Soft toot (I like the 2 shades of pink. However, it’s literally just a coat and a cocktail dress. Very basic)
Black Peppa: Toot (I love the different textures. She looks like a character from Candyland or Willy Wonka. I loved the cotton candy reveal. Maybe it’s the lights but I wish there was more pink in red top)
Pixie Polite: Boot (Cute idea however it looks like she just spray painted and stoned a party city costume)
Cheddar Gorgeous: Toot (I love how she did a black bodysuit to make the pink pop. I love the message and how she interpreted the message)
Danny Beard: Toot (Yes, it’s simple, but there’s still so much to take in. The cuffs, the textures, the makeup, the leggings, the hair, and the silhouette elevate the look)
Jonbers Blonde: Boot (The reveal wasn’t that well done and what she revealed to wasn’t that exciting either. There should’ve been multiple feathers everywhere)
Le Fil: Shoot (My favorite look of hers. I love the silhouette. It looks like a dragged up raincoat. I love the umbrella headpiece. This should’ve saved her from the bottom)

Yes i 100% agree ! It’s the same shape/silhouette for all her looks except the Venus fly trap. I hope that judges noticed because ok the looks are good but it’s like a déjà vue

Almost identical make up too, usually full white face so you can hardly see the real beard, that’s part of her actual drag name! Slightly different eye make up etc & the occasional moustache (1st week in leather daddy look, pink here, & a pink goatee as part of west end fly trap look) This current make over week was the first time she’s had an actual noticeable beard and even that was a wig beard. I like him/her & think they’re really funny but I find the beard, or lack of, rather strange! 🧔🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
yeah none of her looks have been bad at all & the venus fly trap was a shoot for sure! they put dakota in the bottom for sticking to her own aesthetic IN THE MAKEOVER CHALLENGE, it’s clear they’re pushing danny. i’m not mad though, she’s great & deserves the praise. i’m just bitter dakota went home lmao

Every drag race competition needs Pangina as a judge. Her critics are on point. She says what need to be said and not afraid to do it.

Just in case, the drag queen with pink triangles, Cheddar Gorgeous, is pointing at a historical reference. During the Holocaust, the Nazi used the perverted yellow Star of David (variations from camp to camp) to classify the Jews, but for the other prisoners, inverted triangles were used and sewn on the prisoners' uniforms. The two triangles forming the Jewish star badge would both be yellow unless the Jewish prisoner was included in one of the other prisoner categories. A Jewish homosexual prisoner, for example, would be identified with a yellow triangle beneath a pink triangle. The pink triangle was associated for the classified homosexuals as a mark a shame. I am glad it has been turned around as a symbol of pride and joy.
