Rappa has a nice design, a good voice and even has an upcoming Rap MV for her... but even so, she can't attach a weakness like Firefly and Boothill has become her weakness
Everyone relies on someone for weakness break efficiency dummy not everyone has a weakness break into their kit and there is barely any characters that get a weakness break into their kit or lightcone so plus not everyone has to pick firefly to weakness break efficiency there’s other ways unless your a simp for that character and that’s your favorite one dinner or later firefly is just going to be power creep by another character soon or be equal to one 😂
