I own a Raptor, and I'm thinking about trading it in for an AT4X. I'm just not willing to pay a premium because GM isn't building them and/or offering incentives. Plus, interest rates are way too high.
@timnewton8308 Tell you what, when I was at the dealer there were 2 of them sitting on the lot and they had already been there for a couple weeks. Either they’re not selling or people haven’t realized that these Canyons are FINALLY starting to hit the lots after production delays. You might have more negotiating power than you think! And you’re not kidding, interest rates have gotten so high that the payment might almost be equal to your Raptor payment depending on when you bought it. I want to get those red seat belts and some Colorado ZR2 wheels for my Colorado Trail Boss!
Check Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace, or EBay if you’re willing to make a drive. Sometimes guys will put aftermarket wheels on their trucks and sell the originals. You never know, you might get lucky and find a set! I loved these red seatbelts too, it was such a nice touch.

Just ordered the 24 Denali . Are you going to do a review of that one ? I am going from a 2020 f150- xlt . Wanted to downsize a bit and a little more luxurious and I think the canyon Denali is the truck . I hope so I put the order in 😅
Congratulations! The Denali’s are incredible looking, the new Canyon Denali looks a lot more impressive than the old Canyon Denali, that one was more a re-badging effort. Funny enough the only trim the dealership I visit didn’t have was Denali, they must sell fast, they only had AT4X/AT4/Elevation. I really do want to review a Denali though. If I see one in my travels I’ll be sure to get one up on the channel! What engine was in your F-150? Have been dying to get back into an F-150 after I’m done with my Silverado, thank you for watching!
Great review brother! I really like the look and capabilities of this truck and the interior is really nice with the contrasting colors. For me the full sized trucks have gotten so huge and I would for sure grab one of these instead. How's everything going? We had a ton of rain then heat and now more rain which is always appreciated except my weeds are growing like crazy lol! Hope that you are doing great!
Bro I saw, southbound lane of PCH south of Monterey got washed out by the storm. I feel terrible. We’ve been blasted with rain for the past 3 days too. I didn’t go that far north when we went. My girlfriend and I stopped at El Matador Beach and headed back south. It’s been a great week so far, nothing glamorous, but it’s been productive! 😂 I love the interior on this truck too, it actually reminded me of a sweet fiberglass Celebrity boat that my family had years ago that also had a red and white interior. Chevy knocked it out of the park in this one man, love this whole truck. Would make for a great daily driver too, has a lot more interior space and comfort than a Wrangler to boot! @@CEALLIFORNIA Oh nice! I have never ventured over in that area but I just checks and it looks great! For sure it has been a wet winter and now spring. El nino is here for sure. I am so glad the manufacturers are stepping up their game with interior colors and quality. I have never really been a fan of the Wrangler. I went to school with a guy who had one and it had such a rough ride. I hope that our storm does not head your way. I'll take this any day over the triple digits brother. Happy Friday eve!!
@@jameswalsh6131 Yeah it was wild to see it on the news, I hope they can get it solved quickly. It won’t be easy. I love this interior, makes a Jeep interior pale in comparison. I remember riding in the $67k Wrangler 4XE Rubicon and being disappointed at the way the vehicle felt as a whole, uncomfortable seats and an interior that simply just met the standards for what a mid-range car interior should look like, all for $67k. Now I know that has hybrid capabilities, and this doesn’t, and really a truck and a Wrangler are different beasts, but I’m gonna put my money on that the interiors of the Jeep Gladiator aren’t any better. @@CEALLIFORNIA Yeah to me the Wrangler is really for people who want highly capable 4x4. The interiors for sure don't complete with this or others. I wish that more companies would go with regen hybrids. Toyota really got that right. I just mailed my taxes off the other day lol! I know the IRS has a free way to file but I still use my accountant. I do have to go out for a bit tomorrow but then I am hunkering down for the rest of the weekend. That truck is perfect except for the white leather on the inside. Especially on the door handle. That’s going to look dirty fast.

I bought one. So far mine has been great. I will admit it was hard to justify the money over a ZR2. It was almost 5k more. Could have ordered a Bison for only 3k more than my AT4X but i needed the use of the bed.
You know I’ve been hearing a lot about that, the price difference is actually wild. Personally I would say the AT4X looks slightly cooler, but I don’t think it grants that much of a premium. Regardless your AT4X is sweet and I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun with it, I almost didn’t want to stop filming with this truck this day. I wanted to take it home. 😂 Thank you for watching! -Ceall

@@Torch4Life it really does, the truck is absolutely LOADED inside, has a beautifully done interior, a sunroof that won’t leak/break like the Raptor’s, and overall just a sweet package with a great ride!

2:20ish second mark, you can see the wheel is missing a lug nut
It is a pretty ugly way of doing it, but it is a security lug nut that they use during shipping to try to prevent the wheels from being stolen during transport. I think there definitely could be a better looking lug nut to do so though 😂 Thank you for watching!
Black is a nice 'garage color' if kept clean; would not recommend for extensive off-road use...

My neighbor just ordered his 2024 Ranger Raptor, it will arrive mid June he paid sticker at 57,000
That is if it makes it there on time. Im one of Ford’s biggest fans, but they’ve still to this day been dropping the ball on their production/orders. I’ve heard from F-150 Raptor guys that their truck was supposed to make it to them back in January or February and they’re still waiting on them. Let’s hope the Ranger won’t suffer the same production delays, but it will be a great truck when it shows I know that. Thank you for watching!

@@CEALLIFORNIA mine wasn’t custom order but the dealer had everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Also in a beautiful carbonized grey. Couldn’t have done it better myself. That being said RR has very few options so maybe that’s a positive in some ways.
@@keithhunt3437 the carbonized grey on that thing has to ROCK in the sunlight. How is the leg space/seating position? I haven’t driven one yet! Last ranger I drive was a Lariat back in 2020.
How does it get 17 miles city? And 17 highway???
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one scratching my head at this. I think this is the first vehicle, at least for some time, that I’ve seen the city and highway MPG exactly the same. It was weird. 😂 Thank you for watching!

Is no one going to point out to this guy that the Ranger Raptor is roughly the same price as this? I am not saying one is better than the other. However, if you were a Ford F-150 Raptor fan and wanted the midsize version to cut down on costs you would probably go with the Ranger Raptor not a GM product.
I am a big fan of the F-150 Raptor, but after seeing many photos of the Ranger Raptor’s interior, I just don’t think the Ranger Raptor has the same wow factor on the interior that the AT4X does here. However, if you’re actually using the Ranger Raptor to it’s full capabilities, then that should no question be the choice. Thank you for watching!

And if you meant an f150 raptor. That's like comparing apples to tomatoes and saying they are the same thing.
That is correct these are around the same price as a Ranger Raptor. I was referencing the Ford F-150 Raptor. If someone is shopping for a NEW, off-road minded truck and can’t afford a Raptor or a TRX, this is a great alternative that still has a badass, special feeling when behind the wheel and looks pretty damn good doing it too. Is it AS badass and special as the Raptor or the TRX? Most would argue not, but definitely a cool, off-road capable truck for someone looking for one. Thank you for watching!
@CEALLIFORNIA I have driven both a cayon at4x edition 1 and a ramger raptor. Both trucks have something to offer, and both are put together well. The cayon looks great on the outside and even better on the inside. On the other hand, the raptor motor, drivetrain, and suspension are much better than the canyon. So both have something to give you.
@@daviddunlap5602 That’s what im saying too. Like I would imagine the Ranger Raptor is the better “Baja” truck. And the AT4X is the better rock crawler. That’s just my inclination. I love the AT4X’s interior more than the Ranger for sure. The AT4X exterior I do love as well, it’s pretty sharp. My only complaint about the Ranger Raptor is that the styling seems bland, at least in photos, maybe I have to see it in person!
The styling of the new Ranger is very blah, like something grandpa would drive. The Raptor doesn’t even look much different unless you get it with all those gay stickers all over the side of the bed. What is the weight of these two vehicles? I know the Raptor has more hp, but I also read somewhere that it weighs 1k lbs more than the GM. Not sure if that’s true, but it would negate the extra power if so. Both great trucks, but I’d take the ZR2 over everything else in the segment.
The Ranger Raptor clocks in at 5,325lbs. while the AT4X clocks in at 4,970lbs. I also really like the look of the ZR2, I saw it in on the highway and loved the look of it, but I also fell in love with the interior of the AT4X so I think that may be my pick after all. Thank you for watching!

They’re both great trucks, it’s all about personal preference and what you’re using the truck for, but I do like the fact that the Ranger Raptor does have a bit more power!
I've been wanting to get a ranger raptor but I heard the wait time is stupid long...might just wait for the next year model at this point
@@TheRealSkooDee That’s what I thought would be the case, and then other guys are telling me they’re buying them for MSRP right off the lot. I don’t know who to believe. Maybe it depends on where you live as to how available they are.
@ceallifornia I'm thinking it depends on where your located. Around where I'm at there's alot of dealerships but not any on the lots. All of them say it's in transit but been like that for over a month or so..might have to go with a different brand if Ford can't get their shit together 😂

EVERYTHING IS IN TRANSIT 😂 it cracks me up 😂 Some guys are finding F150 Raptor’s for MSRP on the lot, and some other guys ordered theirs last year and they were supposed to be here for them in January or February, but aren’t. This is a much less capable truck but there’s also a $20,000 difference in price so it makes sense. This truck by no means competes with the Raptor. I’m a big Raptor fan myself! Thank you for watching!
@@CEALLIFORNIAThe Raptor isn’t head and shoulders above this GMC, yes it has 90 more hp so it’ll beat GMC in a drag race but that’s it, this truck will go everywhere a Raptor Ranger will go! Plus the GMC AT4x or the ZR2 Colorado looks way way better than the Raptor
@@jimmycline4778 Oh I’m sorry, I wasn’t sure if we were referring to the full-size Raptor that I mentioned in the video, or the Ranger Raptor. I’m curious to know how much suspension travel the Ranger Raptor has compared to the AT4X. That would be a good comparison. And while my favorite truck on sale is the F150 Raptor, I would agree that the AT4X looks a little cooler than the Ranger Raptor. Thank you for watching!
For the $20,000 difference, one can get modifications for less than half of that to compete against the Raptor in a drag race.
