    🗓️ Get annual dilated eye exams: Early detection of eye diseases is crucial to preserving sight! Many conditions do not have obvious symptoms in their early stages and can only be identified by your eye care provider through a comprehensive examination.
    🖥️ Follow the 20/20/20 rule to reduce digital eye strain: Every 20 minutes take a 20-second break to look at something at least 20 feet away.
    🥗 Eat right to protect your sight and reduce inflammation in the eyes: Make sure to include a good amount of dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, or collard greens in your diet, along with fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, albacore tuna, trout, and halibut.
    🚭 Quit smoking or never start: Studies show smoking increases the risk of age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and Dry Eye Syndrome.
