It's almost been a month since the Chris Rock comedy special and more than a year since the infamous Oscar slap, but it seems the world is still not over it. In the beginning, it was the fans and some celebrities talking about the incident, keeping the topic alive, but that has changed recently. Initially, the celebrities closest to the feuding duo chose to stay all hush-hush on the subject. And all of us were eagerly waiting to see what secrets and insider info their inner circle had to reveal. Among these celebrities is none other than Kevin Hart. Being both an actor and stand-up comedian, Kevin is known to be very close to both Will and Chris!
And seems like he has finally opened up about the situation, and believe me, he had lots to say. Apparently, in the beginning, he was all team Will… supporting him, making sure he’s ok, the whole deal. But just recently he made a 180-degree turn to team Chris. I love all three of them, as comedians and actors, but Kevin was not hit in the face in front of millions of viewers.

Well, it's not cool to strike anyone about a joke. G.I. Jane (1997) was a good movie. Jada Pinkett Smith would've maybe been good in the movie G.I. Jane 2 if offered. Will Smith should've been arrested for assault and taking to jail. Know one is above-the-law. He (Smith) had no bad feelings about the slap. Smith after winning his Oscar award he should've said, thanks for the award and I'm sorry Chris and walked off stage. No photos, no after partying if he was sorry about what he did.
Kevin mighta felt different if he was the one attacked in front of millions.
Chris Rock has got my respect...he took a hit from a much larger man and stood his ground.

He's good friends with Chris. My guess and it's only a wild guess is this: Will Smith just got an Oscar. For Will and for the industry this is huge. Kevin probably doesn't want to publically go against Will because many studios might be upset and it may negatively affect both box office results, Will's career and if that happens also Kevin's career. Making enemies in the industry isn't a smart move, so I get it. That being said I am 100% in Chris Rock's corner. It broke my heart to see him get bullied like that as a grown man after he took so much bullying as a kid. No adult should have to go through that let alone someone who went through it as a child.

His career is as a comedian, will smith decided to walk up causally and cheaply back hand him, acting like he wanted to whisper something in his ear. That's evil. Imagine teaching someone how to do their passion and something bad happens to them, that's going to affect them and some more than others, a percentage of those life changing. I will agree with Kevin when he said, now its time for everyone else to stay out of it and let Chris and Will work it out or handle it they way they want to. They are both grown men. I think eventually there will be a "Truce" of some sort. It won't happen for a while, but I can see both of them burying the hatchet in the next few years, as long as Jada stays the hell out of it!! She is the "Catalyst" of why all this has happened in the first place and I'm still p*ssed how she brought such a Great Man/Talent/Artist down to this level. (Just my 2 cents) 😒😒
