Why Exercise Is NOT A Good Method For Weight Loss!

  • You unanimously voted to have covered this topic more comprehensively, as I posted about it briefly a few weeks ago.
    Because weight loss is based on the energy balance equation, it would seem logical that more exercise would equal more weight loss.
    But, sadly, it’s more complex. Check out the video for the whole picture.
    Note: there is an error at the end of the video - this has been established for over a decade, not almost a decade. Even without digging too deep into PubMed, I found research from 2007.
    This is not a recent finding!
    And therefore, you have to ask how the f**k is the entire industry oblivious to it? Trainers, gyms and influencers are either aware of it and choosing to ignore it or do not understand what is effectively their chosen “expert” field. I am not sure what is worse 🤷🏻‍♂️
