It depends on if you're thinking of monetising the video as the original artist keeps the composition rights, so they may claim part of the revenue on your video, but you definitely won't get a copyright strike for it. There are tools such as RUclipsMP3 and ddownr that can download an mp3 of a youtube channel if you're just looking for this one :)

That isn't even something they could sue me for right? I just want to know before I post something online I haven't even created it yet.
