I love how Alt CNZ contrast over Proto CNZ Proto CNZ Act1 has a "Waiting in the line for the attraction to start" kinda feel, while Act2 has a "The attraction just started, go have some fun" feeling, and the level design also really helps to enhance that theme; Meanwhile Alt CNZ Act1 delivers a "You've entered in the middle of the attraction and don't have too much time to enjoy it" theme, and then "The attraction is about too close and you'll have too rush it" on Act2, this theme don't fit much with Sonic's CNZ, but fits surprisingly well with Knuckles version of this Zone.
Heard this while trying to beat Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers' platinum time staff ghost.. for 5 hours. Never want to hear or think about Carnival Night again in my LIFE. Besides the frustrating bits of the game's course, cool song! I heard it for so long it almost made me insane!
