This video was filmed in Barranquilla Colombia Shakira's native hometown, the school that they entered while biking was Shakira's elementary and high school. Carlos Vives hometown is Santa Marta a city that is 1 hour away from Barranquilla by car, they show several spots that are on the road between the two cities as well as the beaches between the two cities.
