In the phillipines, we fear of an Earthquake we call "The big one" and I guess this is an accurate depiction of what could happen.

Yeah I was stubborn but finally had to stop eating dinner while CSI was on TV.. An opening scene with maggots while I had a bowl of beans and rice in front of me was the final straw. 🤢🤮

They are stuck in a building that had collapsed from an earthquake and they had little to no food but a lot of water and shows what happens when people get hungry and the book is from another dimension as well
It had to be from an alternate dimension because at the very end he said he blinked and saw the city crumbled then it returned to normal.

I think he releases one a day, but dedicates an entire day of reading these and recording, and then releases them daily after he finishes doing them, and the compilations are just a quick edit.

Well I remember a Burger King Backyard Burger that never existed and it was fucking delicious yes I tried Google.
Backyard Burger existed/exists Still does in Missouri. The only one that was in Kansas was in Overland Park and it closed in the early 2000s.

I always wonder why people go right to eating flesh that harms the person. There are lots of materials you can eat as well. Then what callouses or shaving off dead skin cells if office supplies or clothing aren't doing the trick. The amount you need to stay alive won't cause deadly illnesses that can't be treated unless you are stupid and drink ink or something.
Healthy is another story but if you're as desperate as these people, I don't imagine that's a serious concern.
People do crazy things when death or suffering are a factor so this story is just fine... it's just things I think about with starvation situations.
