I founded out that Madame Oink was supposed to be a full-bodied character but didn't and that Helen Henny and Madame Oink had the same voice actor Paula Mulcahy and probably Harmony Howlete and Foxy Colleen. The Mopsey sisters voice actor was the same person who voiced Madame Oink and Helen Henny from 1977 to 1986 and Madame Oink from 1978 to 1983
Paula has voiced quite a few characters...

Actually Helen used to be a folk singer in the early early days of ptt but in 1983 she returned as a broadway diva that sings broadway songs but during 1984 the bandstand era came and Helen during that time became a rock star

I think the reason why they had guest stars is because they were trying to find a new member of the cast. (And Helen ended up winning)
They created new guest stars because they wanted the show program to be constantly updated. Helen stayed because she performed during the bankruptcy and no one changed her.
