I used to have very terrifying dreams that troubled me, and one-day I just The Holy Spirit to guard my dreams and I never had another one, not only that some dreams that weren't good but not terrifying also stopped from that to this and that was years ago now. Now I am renewing my mind and guarding my heart and mind and bringing every thought captive to line up with the living powerful very active word of God in me. It's effortless change when you do it God's way... But the effort is in getting into the word and making a choice to believe it rather than the lies of deception from the accuser... Yay for Truth that as we KNOW it, it sets us fully free... to be who we actually really are... No more hiding under a rock...

Stronghold is a castle..with tall walls..like a prison 5. Opression: tyranzied by the devil....devil after building the stronghold he moves in and from there controls your mind. How to overcome Take captive every thought...say no to every thought..the enemy sent.
