If you care only about character strength increases, C1, c2 and c3 are better upgrades than signature weapon. However, if you care about looks and the rule of cool because you can already 36star abyss, her signature weapon morphs into a scythe. Personally, I went C0, weapon(got lucky and won 50/50 as last weapon banner 5* was off banner), leaving me enough pulls to get C1. C1 is more valuable to me because I don't dodge. I am boomer thumbs.
