Coastal Craft uses floating helm seats and they are great. Andy The Minorccan Mullet had a House Boat for sale cheap. It is a ways away in Georgia but he is/was willing to deal. You never know Oh shoot I found it and it is sold. How much for a room at the floating No Tell Motel? Fishing maybe but I hear there is a hotty there that will bring ya crabbing
