Looking back at An Average Death Star Day and looking at what you're making now, it's really awesome to see that that same passion for this medium hasn't been lost! Keep up the great work.
Thank ye kindly! I'm glad that I'm improving,
It'd be nice if he made videos like he did back then... Longer.. More story... Funnier... And not solely about advertising for "Bricks & Minifigs"
@@StarkSpider24 It's true, I currently am spending most of my free time on other projects (comic con art, inktober, storyboarding, )
But every now and then I manage to make time for stop motion in my freetime. You've seen 'Apartment Grayskull' and 'Project Surgy', correct? Plenty of content there.
Amazing! So much attention to detail
It was seriously such a blast! If I had the funding, I would love to make a full-length short at this level of quality.
Well done, man! That was really good and so much details were put into this. Keep up the good work!
Many thanks! There is always more content on the horizon,
i love this behind the scenes! Keep up the fun videos and good luck finding the time!
Will do!
You put in a lot of hard work and it turned out great!
SO. MUCH. WORK.
But yes, this is one of those rare moments where I will pat myself on the back. :)
Yay pirates
There is no such thing as "too much effort"
When you are referring to quality content, absolutely... Maybe it's okay to put in a little less effort with things like plotting mass murder... Or any crime really..
Amazing!!! Did use Adobe after effects?
Wow Eden super stuff.
Thanks Russ! This one was a BEASTLY project.
Very interesting look! Out of curiosity, how much was the specialized printer that allows you to print directly on LEGO heads?
Speaking of cost, if I may ask, are these commercials financed exclusively by Bricks and Minifigs? A three month production sounds expensive for the client.
Ah! I'm unsure of how much the printer costs, because it is owned and operated by Bricks & Minifigs; everything made on it is strictly for company use.
And yes, these commercials are all funded by Bricks & Minifigs. During the time these were produced I was working as a salaried employee, so the result was very cost-effective for the company.
@@eanimation Ah, makes sense! I had no idea this BaM was such a large operation. I went to a decently sized one while I was at BrickWorld Chicago this summer, but your local branch sounds like it's on another level.
eanimation does that mean "Bricks & Minifigs" has a... "Custom order" option? I mean it bugs me when I see a new video that's just an ad, but I wouldn't mind hearing about something cool like *that!*
@@LM-1378 Yeah, the company's headquarters is really close to where I live. They have around 40 stores in the United States. (To put that in perspective, LEGO has only 80 stores in the United States)
@@StarkSpider24 They actually have been considering implementing a custom minifig creator on their website, but no official plans have been made as of yet. Hopefully soon!
Mad by lego bricks.

I'm still bothered that you don't make content that isn't just an elaborate advertisement for "Bricks & Minifigs".. I'll freely admit you've stepped up your game, and that much is impressive.
(Please consider making fully original content, and if you have to advertise for "Bricks & Minifigs," consider maybe just mentioning/advertising a short bit after the main video?)
Manly Man and Bonebert are so disappointed that you forgot about them...
