Fantastic. Great game. Daria had some nice blocks and she was very easy on you not utilizing drop shots while you were away from the table. The last few points were amazing.
Overall, much better to watch that Dima and his wife. Can't stand that heavy breathing :)

Defence is similar but they don't have the same power, so their offensive shots are less loopy or slower. I feel like on the men's side the first couple shots in a rally are very important and there are less shots per rally on average. On the women's side you see a lot of rallies because of the mentioned power level which doesn't let them finish the point outright against underspin balls I reckon. So the first topspin is mostly slower and the opponent has a chance to react and to get in the rally. I hope this covers some of the factors. Watch the video, you can see some of it

This is one sport where the male's physical advantage isn't as pronounced as in other sports. The women can make it competitive. That said, you could see that she could not overpower him with smashes... lol
