That's the exact moment that you should call a timeout just to calm your player down (when Adam scored 3 in a row in the final set from 3-9 to 6-9 down). Great job Miku and Miku's mom!
And she even pointed out the exact thing Adam would end up doing! Miku's in great hands!
Not only is she a staggeringly good player for her age, you have to give her parents so much credit. You see too many of these "prodigy kids" who have already turned in to little robots by this age. She still clearly acts like a kid, and her parents are doing an amazing job keeping it fun and enjoyable. It's great to see.

the fact that shes limited so much by her stature compared to adam and can still perform so well is absolutely insane
And he's not a technical player. She probably plays even better against normal striking pros. Like in tennis I loved the guys that hit the ball hard with topspin, but the slicers and tap everything back with no pace players really got under my skin when I was younger. Once I got more consistent, I could smack them off the court but at her age it pissed me off lol.
@@michaelbaker7938 Once she got used to Adam style, it was pretty much over. She is still young so she still has a weak and inpexerience mentality such as when she was starting to mentally break getting 2-0 and her trying too hard to finish. Over time as she mature, she is going to be scary
It's actually harder on a standard ping-pong table to be too tall which is why on the professional level you almost never see anyone above 5'9 as you are naturally farther away from the table
Adam's and his coach reaction on that kiss moment was priceless.

@@Collector731dawg, it’s not about that: stop putting words into their mouth. Adam and his coach were copying what Miku and her mom did, so when they kissed that’s why they acted like that. Either English is your second language or you just don’t understand contextual reasoning. But I digress have a nice day.

I love how Adam went really easy on her after she was down 2-0. Even though Adam could've easily won 3-0, he dialed way back and let the sweet Miku experiemce a well-deserved win! She has a great future ahead with so much potential!

@@elogeniumyt1338 Nope ,he did not get smashed . You do not know Adam. I've known Adam for many years. He holds back to let children gain points. He will not let a child cry and will make himself look like he's trying to win while he intentionally loses . He's a good hearted sportsman . He could have easily won this match . This is different for older children , sometimes he will try to win against late teen champions.

Amazing! At 10yo: the serve, spins, speed and precision, insane backhand and on top of that she's good at reading the opponent, barely affected by your snakes. Cool game. Looks like Miku will have a great future should she keep on pushing.

Oh this was so beautiful to watch. I love how Adam let her come back at game 3 to bring her confidence back. But she fought on the last 2 games. With all the skills she has at such a young age, all she needs now is some power to finish off points. She’s gonna be #1 in d near future 🎉❤

I loved this video, obviously Adam is great and an excellent player and teacher, but I like to see how he has fun and smiles with the new generations, especially with young people with a great future, I wish them both the best in life. She’s a pro player trust me she’s not gonna get sympathy from her real comp opponents and considering she’s been playing competitive for probably as long as possible, I’m sure she knows that.
