The relationship and maturity these three have, how comfortable they are with eachother, and the passion they have for the movies really represents the class of this film series
I absolutely LOVE how Orlando referred to Thranduil as 'his father'. It's almost subconscious, you can tell he really treasures his character and it really belongs to him. :)
No they wont. They split the book into three films purely brcause they had so much footage. And didnt want to ruin the film and scene by cutting them down into one film. I mean look at harry potter and the last films eg order of the Phoenix only had 3/4 if not less of what was in the book
hmmm well, it was just odd the way they ended the last film spoiler ahead I was really expecting the dragon to be killed by that time, because proportion wise, a lot went down after Smaug's demise with the drama silly old thorin was making, and some very beautiful moments such as when the Elf king was surprised by Bilbo and praised him when he was given the Arkenstone as a bargaining chip for their fair share of the wealth, and in the end when they made their long winding resolutions much like LOTR and its film adaptation. Now consider all that, and all the extra wishwash that pete added in such as Auriel, legolas and lord of the rings tie in plot. Thinking about it is messy and unclear.
Soooo excited for the next Hobbit instalment, I've seen the extended LOTR so many times..... Both are by far THE best trilogies EVER!!!!! ( sorry fangirl moment :) )
