    amazing
this is an excellent way to learn how to manage people and to pick up the right words to discipline co-workers, honesty and politeness is always better than clashes and back trash-talking in the workplace

This is quite good - it's nice and honest. And the speech is not too fast. Too often people think it's a race to speak.. take time

they might use big words but their postures tell me what this is: a tell off

I would answer: Your feelings is your responsibility, I'm not your mummy poor interrupted child. What stopped you from letting me know about the issue right there on the spot instead of telling me this sugar-coated s*hit when I already forgot about the exact details of the situation and there is nothing to discuss actually. (In Russia we say "Проехали" = it's water under the bridge) This is soooo toxic. The woman (who is being accused) is being blindsided and embarrassed by this nasty postponed attack and swallows all this stuff in the guise of being nice. The show goes on and on. Nothing was resolved.
