      Sure, she is a great role model. She is the primary promoter of Darwinian “Hunger Games” type philosophy to employment where if you dislike a person, you fire them, like Netflix.And, then you go and brag about it on social media calling it the “new” approach to corporate culture. Once you market the hell out of it, you become a consultant and promote it to other companies using the stupid VC network and make the new norm of modern companies. What a crock of $&@t!

    Totally agree that performance reviews are over rated and feedback and honest communication is more important. Of course annual performance reviews are necessary, but they shouldn't take too much time.
