    This year I told myself I would really focus on improving my physical and mental health with a rigorous 30 day transformation! 🏋️‍♀️😅
    30天聽起來不是一個長時間,但是回想起18歲的我,以為「瘦」是唯一最重要的是,無論犧牲了多少自己的健康🤒
    It may seem like 30 days isn’t a long time but the journey actually began back when 18-year-old me thought it was ONLY important to be as SKINNY as possible, no matter the sacrifices to my health. 🤒
    在懷孕Noah及Finn的時候,我的身體狀態簡直是來回地獄又折返人間🤰👶
    My body has also been through extreme changes during my two pregnancies with Noah and Finn 🤰👶
    所以我決定透過一個合適並健康的方法來重塑我的身體,讓我再次為自己開心及驕傲起來😊

    成為三任媽媽後根本沒有時間照顧自己,多年下來變成個肥胖中年師奶,承受周圍一些人的冷言冷語,幾年前開始做運動,注意飲食,從零開始又大年紀,又不能太過節食,所以進步不快,但繼續維持,慢慢增加,是會進步的,近來朋友開始察覺我比以前健康和實凈了,鼓勵大家,即使年纪大也要愛惜自己的身體,雖然不能跟樓主進步得那麽快,但一起努力。

    我都係50幾歲唔使返工就開始運動。起初係抱住kill time嘅心態。後來發覺身體好咗之餘身形亦都好明顯改變,所以一路keep住做到而家已經就嚟五年。大家加油。

    我講下我嘅心路歷程先,由細到大我都好肥, 青少年高峰時期61公斤,靠211飲食加調節心態,我減到去大概51公斤, 我係一個師奶,要湊住三個小朋友, 冇收入 ,真係好難搵個pt做重訓, 所以我喺 RUclips 會搵啲免費嘅 pilates或者運動做, 重點係訓練肌肉, 目標係每日30分鐘先,跟住增加到一
    小時,有文獻指出 ,一星期做五日嘅一小時運動係會變得好健康嘅~ 但係做運動之前,我有個project係深層清潔屋企,
    玩斷捨離,玩一塵不染, 琴日係咁用力擦地下~ 攰到我隻手。 執好間屋我就可以專心做運動😂😂😂😂 間屋好似好多櫃, 好多廁所 (家住澳洲 )~ 執極抹極都唔完😂😂😂😂 我已經每日差唔多做一小時 深層清潔家務連續做咗兩個月, 唔知有冇健康到呢😂😂😂😂 我諗抹多一個月就可以全屋斷捨離曬,變成一間樣品屋, 然後我嘅理想係每日只需要30分鐘,就做到全屋兩層,一塵不染!😂😂😂😂😂

    社會對個人體態肥瘦可能在不同時代有不同標準,飲食和運動最緊要符合健康原則又可配合個人生活方式和喜好,重點是以身心健康為原則,未必需要緊緊跟隨別人的眼光和說話而行。

    敲碗好耐嘅片終於出咗了!😜我前兩年都用咗d錯誤嘅方法減肥,令到身體好差。可能年紀大咗,同埋以前錯誤減肥,所以依家淨係靠飲食控制好似都無咩效果,不過受到Gladys嘅啟發,我都踏入咗健身房,希望之後會有好消息話比Gladys你知!😁😁😁😁😁

      如果有49.3 kg真係算好fit啦 我由80kg 到做gym去到86kg 都爭擇緊,但睇反大比由27變26 都証明左應該係脂肪轉換緊 希望可以樓主敢30日健康進步 一步一步黎

    妳真係犀利~我就堅持唔到咁運動囉~~我豬精轉世,懶得不可救藥,但又想減肥~~前三個月食過減肥餐,點知同身體有衝突~之前食過日本出嘅減肥餐係掂嘅,過咗新冠之後又肥返,於是換咗一隻美國出嘅~~西人嘅嘢同我東方體質嘅我真唔對路~~本來想減磅之後做下運動,係就係有減到~~但覺得對身體有傷害,馬上停咗~都買咗個踏步機返屋企,開始做下運動算啦~~就唔為減肥,都為自己咁為食~~食完大餐運動返~~都唔會肥返轉頭~~

    飲食真係好重要!我曾經因為過度節食,減到得返40公斤,之後得咗暴食症😂 搞咗好多年都未好得返,久唔久就因為太過節制卡路里而有失控反彈🙈直到而家過咗好幾年都仲學習緊同食物相處😩
