Alec I was a machinist for 40 yrs. 34 were at Domino sugar who was owned by Tate&Lyle a few years ago. We were considered inside/outside machinist, We would go out in the refinery see what was wrong with equipment have the mechanic pull it out and we would make new parts and reassemble equipment. One minute we would be swinging a 30 pounder, pouring babbitt bearings and 10 minutes later machining a piece of 17-4 s.s. I've been watching you for a while now and I have always taken pride in my craftsmanship and pride in my work. It makes my heart feel good to see a young man who works the way you do and will not consider ( that's close enough). Thank you and I follow you nightly keep up the good work.
