Yes, I've seen lots of these while exploring Google Earth. It's a satellite glitch.
It was my first find, so I was quite amazed, especially since it was so perfectly placed in the canyon!
The plane is flying over the canyon, it's not at the bottom of it. Notice how the cliffs are casting a hard shadow but the plane isn't? Turn off 3D terrain and the image will make more sense.
The plane kind of looks like an A320 or 737. I can’t really tell which plane or what livery it is.
